I started episode 2 of season 5 yesterday and during Ruth's first scene I had to turn it off and switch to watching something else. Seeing her act out is just putting me in a bad mood now. There's been moments where I appreciate her and her journey, but I swear the constant resentment, victim mindset, and emotional outbursts are driving me up a wall. It's clear I need to take a break before continuing. Just oh my god Ruth is so FUCKING ANNOYING and has little to no emotional maturity. I'm glad I don't live with someone like her.

I feel like i am going crazy, one day they are texting me and being affectionate and telling me they want to kiss me and then the next they shut down. I feel so exhausted. a little background about our relationship is this person pursued me first and was so affectionate and loving and we were dating for about a year... come valentines day after i had an extremely rough couple of months and this person knew i had a really important licensing exam that i needed to retake in a few weeks from this day. i had kept trying to reach out to her over and over and she would text here and there and make all kinds of excuses for not hanging out and would only spend time with me with her sister around, i texted her because i was so worried on valentines day and she hadn't replied in over a week just begging for a reply to make sure she is okay and nothing is wrong and she was on a trip with her siblings -_- I just wanted her to know i love her and i should have waited till i was in person to say this but i texted her saying i love you (first time either of us said it to the other) and she didn't reply for hours (red flag in hindsight) and then basically said she doesn't love me like that and wants us to be the best of friends. after this she kept driving and trying to see to make sure I'm okay? and then a month or so later she told me she made a huge mistake and was crying and apologizing and said of course she loves me back. so i decided to give things another try and now i feel like a fool because i don't trust her at all and its been another year since then almost and I'm getting triggered back to last valentines day when she ripped my heart out like it was nothing and now purposely avoids replying to any emotional texts i send. I don't know what to do and i cant even talk to anyone about this because she and I are both in the closet which complicates things even more. i just want someone to please tell me what to do because i cant keep going through this anymore and i feel so emotionally drained and alone in this relationship. i was recently really sick also and told her and she didn't reply for days and only messaged after i said i was feeling better because she was going out with her fam.

Okay, I'm a filthy wi-fi player. I know, I know. But I have good internet, great speeds and a very stable connection. So here's my thoughts on wi-fi, and I'd like to hear yours:
I think wired players should absolutely have the option to decline playing wi-fi opponents in ranked and tournaments/events. These are important matches with stakes. But for casual matches, who cares? Unless your wi-fi is so bad the match looks like stop motion, I can handle a jitter now and then. And I've had wired players d/c before too, so no connection is 100% foolproof.
Anyways, that's my take. What's yours?

There was enough time to play 'just another star' or maybe the cover of Sanatirum or (insert favourite bfmv song here )
Everyone there already knew there would be an encore so nobody chanted just sat patiently for them to come back.
They weren't even on last I know it was a co headline tour but I'm sure everyone would have appreciated a 5 min early finish or an extra song

2025.01.31 00:20 hmarie301 Embedded IUD removal and Insertion under anesthesia (positive experience)

Hello,
I wanted to share my experience with an embedded IUD here as I wasn’t able to find any similar stories when I was going through it.
I had the copper IUD for 8 years when I first began having pain when using tampons. It felt like a bruise was being pressed. Other than that, no other pain or symptoms from day to day.
Due to several issues, I wasn’t able to have it removed for TWO YEARS. During this time I didn’t have any pain or unusual issues. I just lived with it while I waited to get in with a doctor.
When I found a doctor, I told them I wanted to have it removed under anesthesia and a new one placed. I didn’t have to fight them on it but the process was time consuming (I live in the US near a mid-sized city).
Today, I went in and had the embedded iud removed and a new one placed. No pain whatsoever or discomfort. I had a great time with the anesthesia, too. Pain and discomfort is 0/10.
Everything looked great even after being embedded for so long.
I’m now recovering and will update this post if anything of interest comes up but I hope that this post can help someone who is in my position be less afraid before they go in.
The biggest issue with this process was money - all in, I’ll probably pay around $4-5k.

I know it's unlikely but my friends need to use a plunge router on a project on a few 4x8 sheets which can't be done at their apartment. I don't really want to pay/join a makerspace/etc. as I'm not exactly local. Just somewhere where we could plug in, show them how to use it, make 3 cuts, clean up and go with minimal fuss or questions. Picnic table would be ideal.

Got an ad on Facebook for a trading card store closing and selling at large discount. Store website says thousands are buying and I believe the website is fairly crowded. When placing order the website times out and declines which raised suspicions but their email said it was due to the large influx of traffic. Their website domain is new but says its apparently protected, shipping insurance added and T&C and privacy policy-- none of which could be real. The emails are dodgy looking but the domains look real enough. Either someones put a lot of effort into baiting tons of pokemon fans or its legit and the site is crashing. Need some help deducing!! They asked for name, number, address, email and card details. I've locked my card in case, and am in a position where I can change my number if need be. Thankfully no password as I didn't create an account.

Dude they nerfed both Dagger and Arana. Come on maann. Arana isn’t worth the 1 and dagger collecting only 2 per is gonna crush that deck. What’s your thoughts. I like using Arana with multiple man and jumping him from 3 to 5. Only going to 4 is weak sauce. Gonna have to go back to hulk buster which kinda sucks since it doesn’t move anything like Arana. Probs gonna pull Arana or Hercules for Hulk Buster. Herc doesn’t preform as well as he sounds on paper. He probably better off in a negative move deck. Favorite combo is symbiote and Multi man. Thing with the move deck is it’s kinda easy to set up a shang chi to kill your board. I’m sure the deck will still be competitive but dam that dagger need kinda sucks.
