I just would like to know when the above issues are going to get fixed. It's been going on for months at this point and I'm not the first person to report it. It is beyond annoying at this point to be way down in a post where you don't want to refresh to lose your place and find you can't up/downvote, or you type out a long comment only to have it eaten. Sometimes refreshing helps but often it takes upwards of four to six refreshes before anything will go through. Enough is enough, come on now. Please get this fixed.

2025.01.31 01:09 Lolo-H-P Evening Craziness from my Standard Poodle Pup
My standard poodle puppy is 11 weeks old and during the day (when I work from home) she is a gem. She’s in her playpen much of the day without me in sight and is great with it. She’s has enrichment like lick mats, longs, treat balls etc. I let her out to potty every couple of hours and we haven’t had an accident in weeks! I also have play/training sessions during the day (probably 3 at 10 min each) in addition to being outside to run around with my older German Shepherd.
Problem is, she is a terror in the early evenings. Barking at me whether she is in or out of her own playpen, nipping/chasing my kids (working on showing them how to react/I always intervene). If I’m sitting on the couch she jumps up with her front paws and barks/lunge-bites at me. I’ve tried ignoring. I’ve tried putting her for a time out in her playpen. I’ve tried waiting until she’s sitting/calm and giving a treat, but it’s like she thinks that is the game - bark/lunge/bite, then sit, then treat, then repeat.
What am I not considering here? Thanks in advance.

My deliverability and bookings have dropped significantly—from 20 per day in October to just 1 per day now.
I can't figure out what’s not working. I offer $300–$500 for people to attend a zoom call.
Back in September and October, I was getting 20–30 bookings a day while sending 8,000 emails daily.
Now, I barely get one.
My Standard Setup:
Data Source: Apollo (cleaned before sending)
Email Targeting: Only sending to Gmail, custom, and enterprise emails (no Outlook)
Sending Method: Gmail accountsDomains & Emails: 1 domain, 3 email addresses, 10 emails per address per day
Warmup: Always on via Instantly
Target Audience: B2B, USA-based, average company size ~300
Nothing has changed—same copy, same data from Apollo—yet results have plummeted. I’ve tried different approaches, but nothing is working.
Things I’ve Tried:
- New warmed-up domains & emails via Instantly (10 domains, 30 emails) → No improvement
- Tweaking email copy:
- Removing mention of money
- Mentioning money only once
- Offering gifts (e.g., wine) instead of money
- New domains & emails purchased directly via Google Workspace
- Adding an unsubscribe link (thinking spam complaints might be the issue)
- Only sending to cleaned Gmail addresses
- Testing different tones (informal vs. formal)
- Including vs. excluding links

XD, crazy first post, but crazier that Poki & Lily covered this topic. The point of the post is to spread awareness and give insight to how the procedure went.
I would suggest that if anyone experiences even minor bleeding to go get it checked out.
I had finally gotten mine checked out having assumed bloody wipes were just me wiping too hard, and I was discovered to have some crazy bad stage 4 💀hemorrhoids. The doctor stated that many of the patients here were old people, but me (M24) along with other asians have poor genes towards hemorrhoids.
I had to prep for the colonoscopy by taking laxatives, which was a terrible experience. All was calm for a while until I had 1.5 hours of straight running back to the washroom every second. I was also recommended to do an enema to flush everything out 30 minutes before the procedure. It wasn't that bad relatively to what I would have to do for recovery.
The procedure itself was short. I changed into a gown, got knocked out by anesthetic, and a team of 3 worked on my booty hole. Woke up, didn't experience soreness, and he said he had lasered off 1/4 of the present hemorrhoids. The next few hours resulted in visits to the washroom, pooping out all the lube they used to handle me.
Recovery included 3 different pills, a fiber supplement to allow smooth poops to not interrupt recovery. And a dreaded x2 daily suppository, that was not a fun time every morning and night. The process was about 2-3 weeks.
Unfortunately 3/4 was not removed in that procedure time, and I did not go back because the clinic is privated and Im broke. So I have counteracted any bleeding by having a high fiber diet and doing a lot of cardio which helps with smooth poops. I hope yall dont reach the state I did. Go get checked

2025.01.31 01:09 Atalkingpizzabox I love Studio Ghibli but there's just one problem.
I know many people enjoy Ghibli movies for various reasons like the main often being their positive messages to do with the environment like as seen in Princess Mononoke or allegories for capitalism as Spirited Away sort of is and coming of age.
But for me I've always enjoyed them for my own personal reason like as I do with many things (I have Asperger's I'm always quite oddly specific). I love the art styles, the surrealness and all that, plus nostalgia.
So while the positive messages they give are good of course I sometimes wish movies weren't always meant to be spreading messages and just enjoying things.
Like escaping from the real world instead of having more problems from it shown to us.
And then there's the thing about the movies usually having female leads as Hayao said any woman can be a hero like a man, but the problem with people saying that is that it implies they couldn't be heroes in the first place so it's not a good idea to always slap feminism on any strong female character like can't we just treat these characters as normal instead of everything having to be an -ism?

I'm a pgy2 ENT and we spent 4 months seeing consults. It's just awful and we get totally dumped on. I haven't been in the OR in 2 months, it's just endless consult after consult. I think I've seen the ER attendings more than my own family. I hear my pager going off in my dreams. I just don't know what to do.
And the worst part is everyone just thinks their consult is the most important. Like yesterday I got hammer paged to the medicine floor. The intern couldn't even give me a coherent question. I eventually had to go to the floor to follow up on a trach and figured I'd see whatever nonsense they had then. The nurse brought me to the medicine workroom and it ended up being some idiot intern had epistaxis and shoved fucking napkins up his nose. ENT consult for rhino rocket placement I guess. At least the attending was hot.

Im on two heartrate/bp medications already, but will still reach elevated bpm caught on my fitbit. Would be nice if an app alerted me that Im overdoing it.

2025.01.31 01:09 -Ewyna- Feeling quite conflicted, I think I need outside perspective
Sorry, this is going to be pretty long, but I’ve been sitting on this decision for nearly two weeks now (to the point I started another playthrough) and I don’t think I’m any closer to making a decision and starting to think that my personal feelings/opinion on this may be getting in the way of my character’s RP, so I’m turning to my fellow blood-bags to have other perspectives on this.
For context, I started my first playthrough when I got the game but had to abandon quite early because my computer just couldn’t run the game properly and it was nearly unplayable. So I ended up feeding my Astarion obsession by watching videos on Youtube, about his story, romance, interaction with the other companions opinions about them, love triangle and poly, well pretty much everything I could get.
Now, I've found out recently that I can play via GeForce NOW, so I have restarted that playthrough.
I’m usually not particularly fond of love triangles and I’m not particularly fond of how the poly situation is handled in game either. Outside of some things in the orgy regarding Halsin, and his timing not being the best, I have no problem with him. Outside of that one dialogue option telling Shadowheart she’s basically going to be your spare lover which she doesn’t want to be but will accept in this situation, I don’t have any issues with her either (she shows interest in Halsin, asks for details and says she might try to find other partners on her own, so I have no problem believing she’s 100% on board with it) Karlach is clearly not okay with it but accepts because she doesn't want to loose Tav, which is not great, and Astarion falls somewhere in between these two, my issue here is that how fine he really is about it is too ambiguous for my taste, and he doesn’t have reactions like Shadowheart showing he’s really interested in it (I’ve said it before, but to me he feels more like someone who is himself more leaning towards monogamy, at the very least where he's at in the game, but accepting that his partner is not monogamous and who can agree to an arrangement only with very strict conditions).
So, I had decided to friendzone the other companions before they were able to show any romantic interest in Talae (my Durge). I’ve been very successful with Gale, Karlach and Wyll, not as much with Lae’zel who still tried to sleep with her, but since she always propositioned right after Astarion and there was no chemistry between her and Tal, it was easy to turn her down. I was unfortunately not so lucky with Shadowheart, I thought I could have the girls night and keep it purely platonic like Gale’s Weave scene, but nope it turns romantic afterwards anyways, and I had to actively turn her down since there was no point leading her on considering it would ultimately go nowhere, which was quite sad, there was quite the chemistry there and she didn’t take it very well.
Now we’re reaching the heart of my problem : Halsin. Since the plan was to avoid him falling for Tal, I picked something that seemed friendly but platonic during the Tieffling party and continued with Act 1. I started having doubts about successfully friendzoning him after entering the Shadow-cursed lands because the way he was talking to her didn’t seem very platonic. I had even more doubts during the Durge night, since I had an option for Tal to tell Sceleritas that she was closer to Halsin than Astarion, but thought maybe it’s just because everybody else was in the friendzone and that worse case scenario, I’d just hear him out and turn him down if he propositioned her. Went on to finish Act two, there was very little doubt left with how he talked to her when I recruited him, and then started Act 3. And well, yes he ended up confessing to having feelings for her. Thing is that after seeing him interact with Tal in act two, and even though he’s absolutely not my type physically, I still thought it was quite sweet and pretty cute and there is actual chemistry here, Halsin isn’t wrong on this (he saw it, I saw it, Astarion saw it, I guess the only one in camp who didn’t is Tal herself, but she’s quite oblivious and not very insightful), so I did what I usually do in case of doubts, I played the scene to see how it goes and how I feel about it (so far it had always resulted in either a ‘hell yes!” or ‘eww, no!”), and now I’m very confused and conflicted because they’re actually pretty good together, but my opinion on how the poly is handled in relation to Astarion has not changed, and I really don’t know what to do now. Also I have absolutely no idea how I'd make it work.
This made me realize that I’ve actually never really considered this aspect of Tal’s character, so I really don't know if she'd be fine with polyamory or not, and honestly I don’t think she’d know if this is for her or not either. She can’t remember any previous relationships, and even if she could they weren’t particularly healthy and ended up pretty badly for the person she liked. Astarion is basically her first real and relatively healthy relationship (and even then she nearly killed him), and so far, despite it being very new for both of them, they have done a pretty decent job at communicating and adapting on a day to day basis and basically going with the flow, but that’s not something that ever came up before. It could be a way for her to get to know herself better and Halsin would be the safest person to experience this with, but at the same time I don’t know how I feel about it. Would it be disrespectful to any of them ?
She’s also someone who easily feels guilty, and she is often worried that she might do something that could hurt him in any way, or if it's really the right moment, she could also feel kinda bad/greedy about having two boyfriends but them only having her. So I could see her feel like maybe she’s not giving enough to Astarion or even to Halsin too, which would have to be addressed at some point I guess
Would it be weird/bad for her to try it and realize only after that maybe it is for her or maybe not ? And if it's not for her, to ask to close the relationship again (since her end game is traveling around Faerun with Astarion anyways) ? I'm also not entirely sure how Astarion himself would feel about this specific situation (I've picked the dialogue options that were the closest to it, but overall he reacts the same no matter what you pick so it didn't really help either).
