Hey everyone,
I bought a car from Hertz Car Sales in Florida a few months ago, and they told me it had a clean title with no major issues. Recently, I took it to CarMax for an appraisal, and they told me the car has frame damage. Specifically, they pointed out two PDR holes in the driver-side rear panel and damage to the trunk pan.
The dealership never disclosed any of this damage before I bought the car. They also told me they would provide a CARFAX report, but they never actually gave it to me. When I brought this up to Hertz, they brushed it off, saying that CarMax calls things “frame damage” that don’t actually count and that their records don’t show any repairs.
But CarMax appraised my car for less than half of what I paid for it because of the frame damage, so this is clearly affecting its value. I’ve already gone up to Hertz multiple times, and they aren’t doing anything about it.
I don’t know much about this kind of stuff, but it doesn’t seem right that I was sold a car as “clean” when it apparently has frame damage. What are my options here? Can I do anything legally, or am I just stuck with it?
Any advice would be really be appreciated!

I had heard so much about it and expected some monumental challenge, like on the level of red mist suppression or something, but there was really nothing to it. It only attacked in the main rooms and the meltdowns stopped being scary as soon as I took out long bird and gained the ability to pause. I was kinda expecting more.

So with the new packs came pokemon tools. One of these tools is called “Rocky Helmet”. It’s ability is to counterattack the attacking opponent with 20 damage. Do you know who else can do the same thing with their innate ability? That’s right, it’s Druddigon. What I wish to know is, do both of these things combine to create a 40 damage counterattack? Same thing with poliwrath? If so, this could be kind of insane if you really think about it. Meta defining even. I’m honestly hoping not, because if that’s the case then online is gonna be torture.

Hello everyone!
Been lurking here since starting my Nursing program.
As per the title, I passed NCLEX RN at 85 questions. I thank this reddit community for helping me in many ways! From clapping for others to finally being able to experience the victory! This is my first attempt!
As my due diligence, I feel obliged to share how I passed this exam on my first attempt!
1) Prayer really is Key! Couldn't have done it without Jesus! He has brought me through nursing school and He surely did brought me through this exam. It's not my hardwork, but it is by His Grace, Mercy, and Favour.
2) Mark Klimek audios (free on Spotify or the link I provided). I started my study session by listening to Mark K's 12 lecture series. I did 2 per day and took notes on them. Link ( https://drive.google.com/drive/mobile/folders/1dIAxUS4jnkFcfOFURNzrrPNuxuvVnhPF ). Included here is the lecture pdf that you can use to follow along the audios. 1000000% a must! It will help you especially lecture 12 it is about prioritization and how to decipher the answer when you don't know the question.
3) Uworld is a great resource! 100% recommended. I utilized the 2 month trial. I provided my stats below. Uworld is great for conten; the rationales did help. However, the actual NCLEX RN exam is harder in a sense that the selections are really vague in that it seemed all answers are correct, it's just deciphering which is the most correct. The question is straightforward tho. Case studies on the actual NCLEX are straighforward tho.
4) Bootcamp is 100000% recommended for case studies. I utilized their 2-week free trial. I solely used bootcamp for their 50 case studies and their 4 readiness exams. Stats provided below.
5) Dr Sharon from Klimek Reviews on Youtube. She has over 200 videos uploaded I watched a lot of them. Make sure you watch the top 10 pharm videos! and the fundamentals. She helps you how to answer the questions by going through her thinking. It's a huge help. I study everyday. I didn't work for the whole month to prep for this. So, when I am eating, I watch her Youtube videos. Then I go back to answering question banks. Lol.
6) Naxlex. It's ok. It's vague like the nclex, I just used it for their readiness assessments. Stats also provided below. It's vague but NCLEX is way vague. For multiple choice questions, Naxlex is the closest to NCLEX. I used their free trial for the RATs.
Overall, I studied for over a month after finishing my program last Dec 4. I started studying with Mark K since Dec 20ish. Make sure to delete reddit and other social media apps like 3 days before exam! You'll thank me for it!
Also, when studying, if you have knowledge gaps, make sure you watch youtube videos or read from your textbooks in nursing school to bridge it. I never leave anything unstudied for those questions that I encountered that I do not know. There are a lot of NCLEX videos on youtube that are short.
On the exam day: 1) Make sure you pee and poop first. I pooped for like three times before the exam. Third was when I was about to start my exam. No shame in that. Because while I was waiting there were students going for their breaks, but when they came back the receptionist was having a hard time signing them back in because of technical difficulty. Although she said she will just add the time lost for them, the overall feeling is just kind of stressful, because they wanna go back to take it, but the waiting can kill the mood.
2) Prayer is key! God made this possible for me.
3) So at the 2 hour mark, you will have an optional break, me remembering those who waited to be signed it, I decided to skip the break. I was at question 65ish by the 2 hour mark. So, I just decided to power through, by question 85! before clicking next, I was praying for it to shut down since I wanna go home lol. I'm glad it did.
Overall, the questions were harder in NCLEX RN. The questions are straightforward, the choices are not. Case studies are straightforward. Make sure you don't just study content, but also learn how to answer the questions using Mark K's strategies as well as Dr. Sharons. I don't know if it helps, but I am a decent student. I always get As and only 1 B throughout my nursing program. The studying from your nursing school really is what NCLEX is all about. Safety and fundamentals.
Also, don't study the day before the exam! I just spent the day with the Lord on the day before my exam and thanked Him for the victory that is about to come.
I got 5 case studies, 7-8 SATAs and the rest are multiple choice questions!

Only just found out this guy existed earlier this year. Apparently he was a character in licensing hell for Marvel that they just recently secured the rights for. He's got three omnibuses and he's also getting some Epic Collections this year.

I have had usaa for years i had auto, renters and vpp well got a quote from progressive for auto and it was literally half the price for the same coverage. I kept my renters and vpp through usaa because I have used them both in the past and the process was easy plus no other company give me up to 500 to replace my food with a power outage and I live in hurricane city so this usually happens atleast once a year if not more then once .

 | I acquired this ladle at an online auction. It was described as "forged metal" but I don't think it is. Metal thickness is too uniform to be hand wrought. It's heavy, but not heavy enough to be iron, so I'm guessing a steel alloy. It was covered with rust when I got it, so my first step in fixing it up was putting it through electrolysis. When I pulled it out of the e-tank and scrubbed at it with a wire brush, these shiny spots emerged. I'm wondering what this might be. It feels like the shiny spots are ON the metal. I had my first ultrasound this morning since starting medications this round. I have been taking medication for 4 nights. I had the ultrasound this morning, before any more medication. I am seeing charts about what size follicles should be, day by day. But I'm not sure what "day" I'm on -- 4 days of meds (day 4), or is this the 5th day despite not having meds yet (day 5)? If you know and can share -- thanks!
