I've read on this sub that silence is a good thing with underwriting, but oh my god does it have me frantically checking my email!
Our realtor asked us early this week if we wanted to move closing up to 2/6 since our appraisal came back aye-okay & the repairs addendum has been negotiated. Obviously we are excited and signed the addendum to move it up. Our realtor is now waiting for the seller to sign their half...even though they already sent the utilities info over and have been really responsive about our last minute questions.
The mortgage lender asked us to sign a credit inquiry letter and explain if we opened any new lines of credit since the initial application (we didn't, just several hard checks during the mortgage shopping process) and we sent it back same day. She said it was one of the last things they do before closing and now we've heard nothing for 2 days 😭
I know I need to be patient but washedryer sales will end the day of our walkthrough, there are things we want to do day of closing that need materials for, etc. etc. I knew this would be a stressful process but SHEESH did I not realize the silence would kill me this much.

 | Hey guys, I work a lot so I love buying 4 packs a week of this 90 second jasmine rice. It’s my favorite dinner with air fried salmon and some cucumber. However, I couldn’t help but notice that the calories were way higher than I remembered. I must’ve found one old pack because it was 360 calories a serving, now it’s 520. I also noticed that the serving size increased by 9 grams? So I’m assuming the new nutrition is what the package actually is. I am a kid at heart and I absolutely love when cruise ships have water slides. I’m a loyal Virgin sailor and I love the whole Virgin experience, but I really miss having a decent pool and water slides. My only other cruise experience was aboard Symphony of the Seas, which I loved due to having multiple water slides. However, naturally, going on a ship like that comes with way more crowds and way more kids. And I’m not very keen on being surrounded by kids.
What would be the best cruise for me if I love a water slide but don’t really want to be around many kids? Does such a cruise exist? So far my best guess is to take a Celebrity cruise that goes to Coco Cay and go to the water park there, but would love any other ideas.
I’m based in Miami and would prefer a cruise departing from Miami, but would be open to cruising out of a different port for the right ship and experience.

So I've (50 F) had tremors on the left side of my body for 6 years. Was once diagnosed with Parkinsons by one MDS, only to have another MDS tell me to pursue a Rheumatology diagnosis due to Prednisone helping my symptoms and a former positive ANA. (Now it's negative) I've had every test imaginable...clean EMG, negative for MS after spinal tap, tons of MRI's, muscle biopsy which was negative for Myositis. Then I gave up on a diagnosis for 5 yrs, trying to manage on my own. Alcohol makes all tremors/shaking/stiffness go away but hate having to rely on that and if I overdo it, I shake worse the next day. Some improvement with Propranolol but not enough. Currently on an SSRI. I've been waiting to see yet another MDS for nearly a year, but go in 2 weeks. The "tremors" in my left arm, hand, thigh, calf, neck are literally visible pulsating like this video of my hand. My muscles tense up, tighten then start to visually pulsate which leads to often full body shaking, but mainly on left side. It's rhythmic and fast. (left hand stiff as a board during heightened stress) It's a constant game of trying to get muscles to relax. This also brings constant anxiety due to fear of not being able to control it. Hopefully I'll get answers soon but wanted any feedback if others have experienced something similar. Thanks.

I feel lethargic, a little numb, a bit depressed and I just want to lay in bed all curled up in a little ball all day. Anxiety is still there but it feels separate from me.

Is arriving tomorrow for my daughter to read. I know I have a copy kicking around the house somewhere, but it was better to just get her own copy to treasure. This will be her entry into Banks. I'm afraid I'm starting off too high because The Use of Weapons is hands down my favorite Banks book and one of my top 10 books of all time. I think she's going to absolutely love it.
