 | You basically spawn in a villiage with 4 blacksmiths which give you enough obsidian to go to the nether (and give you lots of other loot) from the start but youll only need 3 obsidian cus theres a ruined portal right next to the villiage! Just below the villiage is a stronghold only 20 blocks deep with 1 eye of ender (think theres a few chests but i havent checked) and 2 librarys! The nether spawn doesnt look the greatest as you load in (its one of those annoying cave thingys thats really high in the y co-ord) yet directly below the nether spawn there is a nether fortress!!! Next to the villiage is a jungle biome followed by the new pale forest and a spruce taiga! 2025.01.31 01:12 bpp1212 What should my total caloric intake be for fat loss?
6’0”, 194 lbs, very active (weight lift 6-7x/week), 12,000+ steps/day.
I’m trying to cut fat and get more definition via a 250 daily calorie deficit, but struggling to figure out max caloric intake per day. My Apple Watch has me burning an average of ~3,700 calories/day, which seems high.
Should I set a goal of eating 3,450 calories/day to achieve the 250 cal deficit (on average)? Or is my Apple Watch overestimating my daily calorie expenditure and I should instead aim for, example, 3000 calories/day? Trying to figure out how to achieve a 250 calorie deficit when fitness trackers are seemingly unreliable.
FYI - My macros breakdown is 35% protein, 35% carbs, 30% fats.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hi , currently watching season 6 of Mad Men , and I'm enjoying the hell out of it . This series made me realize how much i love well-written dialogue , every word , every sentence carries weight .
I'm looking for similar series that have the qualities i described above . Series i've already seen an use as a reference for comparison . - The Wire - House of Cards - Deadwood - Succession - Sopranos
Also watched : Suits , Mr.Robot , Ozark , Mindhunter , Mr.Inbetween but these didn't quite reach the same level for me as the ones above.
I don't mind if there's no action or it's slower as long as the characters are talking and I enjoy it.
It's important that I don't watch short series or one-season shows because they don't keep me engaged enough.

 | Hey All! I started Tirzepatide almost a month ago now. I started with 2.2 as recommended by my doctor and noticed the effects almost immediately. I felt the need the share as a male because I haven’t seen many here. 37, 5’8, starting weight : 221lbs I was on the fence and had some trouble starting because I didn’t know which company to go with and if my insurance covered Zepbound or Ozempic. I thought I had great PPO insurance but I was denied because it was to treat obesity. So I started looking around for an affordable solution. I decided to go with Mochi Health. I made my appt, and theee days later was on a video call with my doctor. My meds showed up 5 days later. So awesome. I took my shot and noticed the effects immediately. I wanted to describe my feelings as I wasn’t sure what to expect. The anxiety that I have was strongly leveraged by my food addiction. I was always reaching for food when I was bored be when it came to eat, I had no chill. After the medication, the “food noise” as we call it, was almost gone the next morning. I had to remind myself to eat. I felt myself slowing down when eating and paying more attention to portion size. I also got fuller quick. I’ve just taken my third shot and I am down 10lbs. I feel the noise starting to come back after day 5 or so. But it’s not like the med wears off immediately. It’s like the thought of food comes but then you forgot it ever came. Because of that my next round is 4.4mg up from 2.2mg. I’m a bit nervous but I’m ready for it. What I love about Mochi is that all the prescription strengths are the same cost, unlike other memberships. Here’s the pricing on Mochi. I chose to do 3 months for $200 but I got a $40 dollar discount from a referral code and paid $160. That’s for access to the meds. For the actual med, for Semaglutide it’s $100 a month, and for Tirzeptide, it’s $200. I decided to go with the Tirzepatide because I heard it would have less side effects and more effective. Side effects for me included a little nausea, haven’t thrown up yet. Just random moments of nausea that didn’t last long. I think the most annoying is the constipation. It’s only ever lasted max 2 days. I’m making sure to have a at least one huge protein salad a day and supplemental fiber. I’m super happy I chose it and I can’t wait to see more progress. I've had my power capacitor for about 1 years and recently it has started to read 8.1-8.2 instead of the normal 12 on the display. I'm not sure if the capacitor has gone bad or if something else may be the issue. It works for about 10 minutes then drops to 8.1, I can turn off my radio for about 2 minutes then turn it on again and it works for another 10 minutes. Any ideas as to what can be the issue or is it time for a new capacitor. I have the capacitor powering a 1200 watt amp and the capacitor is 3.5. any help would be great thanks

I am working from home. I am a software engineer. We all received the hardware to work on this week. And we had to set it up. Apparently this particular coworker got his setup up and running. I was told by the bosses to ask him for any help with this hardware. When I did ask him questions, I got very vague and unhelpful responses. I asked him for a time slot when he will be available for a call to which he never replied.
A week before this, others, him and I were on a call, he cornered me for a software change that he said was the reason for the problem we were debugging. It wasn't. But he tried to show to everyone on the call that I was inexperienced. It was infuriating. Basically he got me to behave angrily in front of everyone. I felt very embarrassed of my outburst later.
When I was new to team he would school me on basic things anytime he got the opportunity. It was irritating because I have about 6 years of experience. I know the fundamentals. I should mention that a month ago, a senior colleague sent a mail to my boss praising me. My boss forwarded that mail to me keeping him in cc.
I am not sure if this guy is insecure of me or my dislike for him is apparent in my behavior which is causing him to shun me.
I need advice as to how do I deal with this kind of a coworker.

2025.01.31 01:12 No-Storage1721 Autistic and lost, looking for advice on my writing.
Hey all. I'm posting this to, honestly, figure out what to do next. I'm in my mid-thirties, work in retail, and care for my father. I'm autistic with ADHD, among other things. Above all else, a core part about myself for the last few years is that I write fiction. After a few set backs, I finished the first book in what will, hopefully, be a ten book, twenty short stories, with some other off-shoot stories. It's mid to high fantasy, if that makes a difference. I thought that what I wrote was great. Others that read what I wrote said it's great. Even those who don't like me all that much said it was great. But all I got from literary agents were rejections, and that, on top of some medical stuff these last couple years, put me into a slump. I know I could improve my first book. I have a few words written for book two, with an idea of where I'm going with it. But without outside forces pushing me forward, like people actually caring to read what I write, it's hard to know what to do. I can write and edit a book in half a year. I wrote and edited 80% of my book in less time then that when a coworker helped me, before family stuff made her stop. It's not time or effort, but others not caring that's in my way.
So, why I'm posting this. Let's say I expand book one. Add some mythical beasts doing things to liven up the scenes, add the proper emotions and feelings, and do a complete overall of book one. What should I o next? I can't draw, or code, or animate. My voice is, honestly, too monotonous for a podcast thanks to my autism. My best talent is the written word. I'm going to keep getting rejected by literary agents. I don't have a built in audiance to self-publish. Sites like Wattpad are a scam in many ways. I want to write, to create, to have the group of characters that I care so much about matter to people around the world. I don't want to get rich. I, personally, don't want to be famous. I simply want to plonk words on a screen or on paper, to have people care about it, and make a small chunk of change to make it all worth it. I am completely lost, and it feels so hopeless. I know my writing is good enough. I know I have great stories worth sharing. I know that it's only the beginning of a massive universe. I have all these thoughts and stories and lives worth exploring, but to do so on my own is pointless. So, what should I do? Any words in response is appreciated. Don't answer with kid gloves on. Tell me what you want to say. Please. Guide me.
