Sorry if this is a repetitive post.
I’m not in the Navy but my 19 year old sister just enlisted and is set to leave sometime soon. As the date gets closer I’m becoming more and more worried for her safety. Especially considering the new administration.
I guess I would like to hear from those in this group on how safe it is for women in the Navy currently. Also if anyone has anything to share about things she can do to help increase her safety or avoid bad/dangerous situations that would be very helpful.

I don't think there are any Resourcefulness crafted gear and maybe 2 Will gear. Grimmies arent meant for casters/healers. And the spidersilk craftables are just horrible.
Froststone Old Shoes, or Golden Chaperon and Coif are good examples.

Hi everyone. I’m a bit new to shrimp keeping and have developed a large colony of neocaridina (~100) in my freshwater planted tank (~12gal). Started with two and they just keep breeding! My issue is that vorticella has spread rampant throughout the colony and I’m not sure how to treat it.. I have live plants and snails in the tank and there are too many shrimp (in my opinion) to individually take them out for a salt bath, which I have done previously when the population was smaller. Has anyone else dealt with this and know any tips?? Thanks!

It's been six years since my mom passed away, and the smallest things still remind me of her. I feel so frustrated that this pain doesn't go away. "It gets easier" — my ass. Sure, sometimes it does, for a day or maybe even a week. But then I hear her favorite song on the radio, and suddenly, I'm sitting here, lost in thoughts of her. I'm a mother now, and it devastates me that she never got to meet my husband, let alone my son. Her death was preventable if she had just put in the effort to take care of herself. But she was depressed and lonely, and she'd tell me all the time, "I'm not gonna be here one day, and then people will actually miss me." That broke my heart because I couldn't help her. No matter how much I wanted to, I couldn't pull her out of that dark place. I know what you might be thinking, and in a way... she did end her own life. She was diabetic and would binge eat, then inject herself with massive amounts of insulin. A few days after her birthday, she did it again and went into DKA. That's how she died. I found her on the floor and heard the death rattle. I was in denial, so instead of calling 911 immediately, I called my dad first-like an idiot-then finally called an ambulance. Now, I worry that I could become like her, and I don't want that for my son or my husband. I know the kind of grief it causes. I've struggled with my own issues with eating, and I live in fear that l'll develop diabetes and end up in her shoes. Maybe it would be some kind of sick karma for not showing her I cared enough while she was alive.

I didn't think I cared this much about him but I realized how unfunny and mean I am. Why would he ever like me when the literal way I talk is disgusting. He's probably taking his friend to the dance anyway. The dance is on valentines and that's when I was going to send him the letter. Glad I know it's too late now. I hope she cares about everything he has to say since they hang out all the time. I don't know if they're actually dating, but even the idea of it hurts. I've literally been crying in the bathroom. He probably hates me and thinks I'm stupid because the one class we sit together in is one of my worst subjects. He barely smiles when talking to me. I'm done.

For those that had an elective (for medical or non-medical reasons), what things should I be considering? I’ve heard folks mentioned nausea and a sort of “customized” drip that helps with certain symptoms and I’m curious if there is anything else I should start thinking about?
