رحلتي من الشك الى الايمان من شوية كأي شخص جعان في منتصف الليل قلت اكل حاجة واستقريت على بطاطس مقلية -مبعرفش اعمل غيرها- واتفزلكت وقلت مش عايز اوسخ حاجة ف هقطعها بدون لوح تقطيع او ايا كان اسمه، وطبعا كما يمكن توقعه بسهولة النتيجة كانت كارثية والبطاطس كانت اشبه بشخصيات فيلم نتفليكس بتحاول فيه تجمع كل اشكال الأقليات وكان من المستحيل للعقل البشري انه يتصور انها هتكون نفس مستوى السواء لانها مش نفس الحجم، حطيت زيت لكن منتظرتش انه يسخن لاني معنديش خلق، وبعد ما حطيت البطاطس اكتشفت انه قليل لكن قلت مجتش على دي ما كده كده بايظة،وسيبت البطاطس مع نفسها وروحت اسكرول في تيك توك شوية، رجعت فكرت اكل ايه معاها واستقريت على طحينة وده لان مفيش خيارات تانية متاحة حاليا
وللاسف طعمها كان سيء واعتقد زودت خل (مع اني مش متأكد اذا المفروض احطه اصلا)، وكانت المفاجأة!!! البطاطس بعد ما طلعتها من الزيت كانت مستوية بشكل كويس جدا وكريسبي وده غير ممكن لأني حرفيا زي اللي شاف ازاي بتتعمل وبعدها عمل كل خطوة بشكل خطأ! الاسئلة بدأت تتزاحم في عقلي الصغير، لكن مهتمتش، بدأت اكل لكن الطحينة طعمها بقا عادي فجأة بالرغم من انها كانت غير مستساغة من شوية!! قلت لنفسي ممكن جعان شويتين، لكن لاااا!! والله لو انني قادم من مجاعة لما وجدتها بهذه اللذاذة!! دي معجزة غير مفسرة! بدأت ارهق عقلي في التفكير هل من الممكن ان التقطيع العشوائي لأصابع البطاطس نتج عنه اشكال اصابع مثالية للقلي بشكل غير مقصود؟! هل الطحينة تتفاعل مع الخل بمرور الوقت وتقل حدته؟ لكن كيف لم الحظ هذا من قبل وانا أُعدها كثيرا!! هل هل هل… وجدت نفسي انحاز الى ان كل شيء حدث نتيجة صدفة عشوائية لم اكن اقصدها وهو ما أدى الى هذا الكمال لكن هل هذا التفكير منطقي فعلا!! هل افتراض اجتماع كل هذه الاحتمالات النادرة -وهو ما يجعل الامر نادر اكثر- هو اكثر استنتاج منطقي؟! تماسكت واستعدت صوابي وعدت الى رشدي، ووجدت انني فقط اتهرب من الاجابة الواضحة! اقشعر بدني لكني تشجعت وقلتها علنا لابد من وجود قوى اسمى من البشر وهي من تدخلت! هذا من الواضح تدبير خفي وارادة لا تقاوم. لكن لماذا انا؟ هو اول سؤال تبادر الى ذهني. انا ووجبتي المتواضعة لا قيمة لنا في هذا الكون الفسيح الغير منتهي. ولكني ادركت ان كل هذا ما هو الا غرور مني، نعم غرور ان اتصور ان….

We found a house and put in an offer and went under contract. While doing inspection we found out that they have been under foreclosure and they filed and extension to sell house. The dockets show our contract. The judged denied the extension and told them to foreclose.
The house bedrooms have been trashed mainly with cat urine.
Our realtor thinks we still have a chance. But these people haven’t paid the mortgage since 2023. She will go to judge next week to see if he’ll accept the sale. The realtor already spoke to judge and judge said he was fed up with owners because they have lied so many times.
The listing agent lied about a lot of things including the foreclosure status and the some repairs that need be made.
We expect them to not do repairs. We are willing remediate the rooms.
However, it seems like the owners literally don’t care to make the rooms even smell okay. We walked on cat urine in the kids rooms.
So basically, what are the chances of the judge allowing this? Also will the appraiser lower the value of the house seeing the condition of the floors because of the urine?
