Just a simple question, the title. Is there any other immediate bonus/buff to this? I see the buffs at +20 and whatnot.
Does this question make sense?
I’m trying to figure out why people put so much focus on getting (for example one googles gear to be legendary instead of leveling up both goggles and boots for marksman equally).
It makes more sense to level both goggles and boots equally and not focus all on one unless you can also get it to +20 for example, right?

I am not sure if I am exempt or non exempt because I am salary paid, but I don’t have the authority to hire/fire employees.
They wrote me up twice within a week, both write ups are only for me when other managers do the same.

We’re coming from Windsor Ontario and going Feb 19th. Driving all 5 of us. I am a nervous nelly when we’re driving in the unknown even as a passenger. I am also VERY nervous when there’s snow. Also The thought of driving through Atlanta with so many lanes gives me anxiety. (I know, either route I’ll be nervous)
I would have much preferred to fly by the price was NOT right so here we are. If you’ve driven both which route would you choose for end of February ?

I decided to write down what my body was experiencing around my parents because I never feel physically good around them and it’s started getting worse.
I’m guessing it’s probably my extreme anxiety, but it feels like I’m being dramatic when nothing bad is going on but my body is making me feel this way.
It usually starts if I’m around them too long or they start the repetitive conversations or questions or enter my space immediately and hovering.
I used to be able to tolerate them so much better when I was a teen, but now that I’m in my 20s and I don’t know what happened but my body just wants to get the fuck away from them!
Why? What happened? Why am I at my limit now and not before? It’s so bizarre, it’s like my brain and body have different ideas about my parents and react differently.
