Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but have gotten exactly zero response elsewhere. I'm working on a typical 212 pred upgrade. Governor delete,billet flywheel and rod. 265 cam. #22 springs. Amazon vm22 carb and exhaust. This thing should put out more than the 8hp a 30 series is rated for and already have a new 40 series. Im thinking about building an adapter plate to make this work. Running a Fox Vortex Kart with the original 169cc subaru. Looking to get a little more out of it. What TC do you guys run on a built 212? I appreciate your thoughts on this.

Has anyone else also noticed how similar they look? I always thought it was odd and then I started to pay more attention to it and I couldn't unsee it. They have the same eye color and Ms Cobel literaly looks like an older version of Helly.
Maybe Helena "created" an older version of herself to do her dirty work inside of Lumon because she would only trust someone she knows very well, and who else would be better than HERSELF? That could also explain why Ms Cobel is so devoted to Kier Eagan and why we saw her with pictures of him: because she basically grew up in that family
This came to me when I watched the very long scene (2 x 2) of Helena walking in that long hallway at night towards the meeting room w Ms Cobel. Especially with the reflections everywhere my mind started to tell me: imagine if she is actually talking to herself and that at some point we only see one reflection in the glass walls. Didn't see that but it simply gave me the idea
I don't have any other evidence to back this up and overall idk what the end goal of Lumon is but it would be pretty cool if that were true

flying on saturday morning 1st of february from larnaca to luton and im just so anxious and finding it hard to fall sleep during the past week, i get extremely worked up and im incredibly scared of turbulence, anything anyone says to me at this point doesnt even help and i just dont know what to do anymore, ive done this flight multiple times before and it was fine but every time i always work myself up so much for no reason but i just cant seem to hold back its so stupid i know but i dont know what else i can do, i would sleep but i just cant its only a 5 hour plane journey so i guess i just have to bite my tongue and wait for us to arrive really, just incredibly anxious really, and i feel like the only way to get it out is by running to this subreddit, any words of advice or anything would do justice, thank you🙏🏽

As an hEDS patient, I know some of us will try PRP and then dextrose prolotherapy after that to get more of a stability/tightening effect.
What about doing it in the other order – getting prolotherapy and then PRP after? Would the PRP be reversing any of the tightness/scar tissue/progress the prolotherapy has done?
Im asking in particular about my thoracic spine which is unstable – my doctor is recommending one PRP treatment and thinks that should be enough. I also have some minor disc issues with my thoracic. However I’m wanting to just try a a couple prolotherapy sessions first, but I would hate to get minimal effect from that, and need to do PRP later and basically waste the money and time on the prolotherapy. Hope that makes sense?
