We will be coming from Belfast, and my thought is to stay in Dublin for the first night, and drive to another area close to Cliffs of Moher and stay 2 nights to be able to explore around that area. Then we would go back to Dublin for the last day/night before flying home. My question is, where would you visit other than Cliffs of Moher with limited time, and as someone who loves the outdoors/hiking? TIA!

Hi!! I’m in the corporate world I am in specific program full of first year hires.
Today received my bonus today which I learned was a couple grand lower than the rest of the analysts. Side note they all received the same role rating as me and we all are brand new to the role at the same location.
My role required exams which took me 2 months longer than the deadline to complete, as a result my manager said that was the main reason I got lower than everyone else because they didn’t give me much work. And that they held back on giving me work to do. That was valid excuse for the lower pay until I learned my male peer in the program received the higher bonus everyone else got and he didn’t even finish his exams yet.
So I guess my question is… is this fair?

So my apple music audio output for windows 10 works through my monitors speakers but it won’t let sound out through my ps4 controller (its bluetooth but plugged usb in) through to my headphones from the controller. It works on sp0tfy but wont output my audio with apple music through to my headphones.
Apple music pc doesnt have any output settings so does anyone know how to fix or had similar issues?

Hi All,
I still have good 20+ years before I can access my Super Annuation.
At the moment I am using the ANZ Smart Choice 80s plan - this was the default suggested to me when I landed in Australia back in 2016.
Now that I know a bit more about investing, what are ETFs and etc ... I am not too happy with how the fund has performed over the last 2 years...
Also the fund is pretty opaque regarding what exactly they are investing into.
I am considering moving the funds to an option like ChoicePlus ( HostPlus ) or STAKE SMSF that allows me to invest into International and local ETFs.
Keen to know what the community thinks about this?
Is there a downside to investing into individual ETFs like IVV and VAS in Super Annuation? What are the pros/cons of this approach?
Note: There's insurance implications to moving Insurance - please keep that outside of this discussion.
