Originally I had only checked out with their store exclusive “mud” which had smelt like posh chocolate and I told the lush employee how I wanted to buy two cuz it smells so much like posh chocolate, then she brings out two brand new sets. The “posh chocolate” set as well as the “let the good times roll” set! I was so excited and gasped so loud because I didn’t even know these were available. So it is true that if someone loves you, they will tell you the truth but someone can also preach the truth and not love ppl.
I recently watching facebook reels of a pastor that kept popping up. The way he preached made me feel uneasy bc he was just screaming and being very angry in all of his videos at his church. He was yelling things like woman who say they are christians and do makeuo and hair and wear pants are daughters of the devil!!!! And thst the spirit of God isnt in them bc all women that wear makeup have a jezebel spirit in them!!!!! He was screaming things like if women wesr skirts above their knees, he can their path to hell in between their legs while they are sitting down!!!! Im putting exclamation marks bc he was screaming and yelling in all his videos, very angrily. He was also saying if anyone around Christmas time gived him a gift, he will throw it away bc those who celebrate christmas are all of the devil and he cannot recive their gifts bc its of the world. He also started yelling angrily in another sermon saying that if anyone says "God wants my heart", we are possesd by demons, but isnt that true that God dles look at our hearts? I was like what the heck who hurt this man. And isk if he was saying all this out of love or pride or what, but it did not look like the chracter if Christ.
And there is another pastor ive seen videos of. (You guys migbt have seen him online, i forget his name.) But hes known for one clip of him making fun of how orthodox worship God. He had anotber video of him yelling very angrily to the point his fsce was turning red and he was screaming thay all catholics are going to hell. Its almost like he doesnt care about them. Lile hes rejoicing that ppl are going to hell??
Ive met someone before i started having s relstionsjip witj God. This was like 2 years agl, one man who goes to church every week kept telling me that if i dont turn tl Jesus, he will punish me for my rebellion and my sins and he told me that God sent him to tell me that. And i asked him are you genuinly concerned about me or do you just like to point ojt what i do? And he told me that the one who loves, tells the truth. I was do confused that day cuz thats true but like ppl can also spesk truth just to point out sins for some reason. Later on i did accept Jesus but not bc of him and Gid never punished me anything.

They are all super thin and all contain different information than the title pages, so a copy of the spine is necessary.
Without using an overhead scanner (or purchasing one $$), are there any specific apps for this specific purpose?

Hi, 29M here. I have been running mostly at the marathon distance for the past decade, usually on road but also dabbling in trails. Until last year, I had never had an injury despite running 30-70 mpw consistently, but unfortunately, I tore my ACL and meniscus in a skiing accident in 2023. Since returning to run post-ACL reconstruction (I got full return to sport clearance and have >95% muscle symmetry by 10 months post op), I have had a few good stretches and was able to run the Chicago marathon, but I have not been able to stay for more than a few months at a time. I have had lingering patellar tendinitis, and more recently I had a tibial bone stress injury in December that I am just starting to recover from. Both problems were on my surgical side. After complaining about my troubles at run club, a friend mentioned yesterday that my gait looks weird when I am running slowly, but my biomechanics tidy up and look great during sprint workouts. I have also noticed that my gait feels unbalanced while running downhill. This has me thinking that my biomechanics were altered from the ACL injury and causing these additional injuries.
All of this is to say, I want to spend some time focusing on my biomechanics so I can be healthy again, but I don't really know where to begin. I saw some gait retraining physical therapists, but I want to save this as a last resort as it doesn't really fall within my budget. What are some resources (books, websites, podcasts, etc), tips, or general advice people have for getting becoming a healthy runner again?

You know I'm not that cool, Lou, so pardon any embellishments as I take another drink, here. Not as good as the last one? Maybe you should pour us another and save the critique for the critics, ya lout! What makes you the expert anyway? Shit, man.
Ugh, where was I. Oh, right. Mari's still got that strange look on his face. If I didn't know him, I'd say he was terrified, but that dude's got brass ones. Me an' him have seen some shit as you well know, so him being even the least bit nonplussed was making me MORE than a bit freaked the hell out. Then he goes ahead and says "Are you sure what you are doing is wise?" and I'm like 'aw hell, Mr. VIP wants to get blasted into space? I'll start the countdown.'
Here's me talkin' all tough, right?
Yeah, no; I was starting to get the feeling that tonight had jumped the track about 22 minutes before I woke up this morning, and the shit train was just now fixin to run me down.
I shake it off and grab a couple highball glasses, then saunter on out. The whole place is empty 'cept for Janus, who's slumped over in his chair, lookin' like a pile of dirty laundry. I never seen him in this kinda state before. He's cradlin' a bottle of tequila under one arm like a baby, tryin' to pour it into a knocked over glass. He's holdin' onto a fist full of dice in his other hand, and I knew just from the state of things that, whatever game they were playing, he was losing.
Now, Janus normally walks around lookin' like the cat what caught the canary, but his normal know-it-all smirk was gone. HE was gone. "Play them where they -- I said you got to...playthemwheretheylie." He kept mumblin' those words, over and over. "Jus' play 'em. Where they lie." The worst part of it all was the quiet. I'll be damned if you couldn't hear a ghost fart in there, and that's about as out of the ordinary as you could get for our place. Most dinner services at Janus' place were balls to the wall; me an' Chef made sure of that. The fact that we weren't, on that night of all nights, set my teeth on edge.
I leave the pitcher on the bar and creep over to Janus, glancing over my shoulder every so often. He's lookin half-dead, so I shake him by the shoulder a bit. He just nudges me back and throws his fistful of dice across the table, and I swear, Lou, time slowed to a crawl. It's like everyone and everything was holding their breath, waitin' on the outcome of those dice.
"You gotta play 'em...where they lie, Link," says Janus one last time with a giggle, and it's worth mentioning that the boss man is NOT a giggler, no siree. "Ish--Ish the only way to save--the only way... Whishhhhhhh way..." He tries gettin' on his feet, and I have to catch him on the way back down. I just BARELY caught the tequila bottle. Anyway, I get him mostly back into the chair and then it's just me, my pounding head, and that crushing stillness looming over everything like the shadow of a hawk right before he gets the mouse.
My guts are twisting themselves into breathtaking new configurations, and I feel that freight train gettin' closer with every second that passes. Something's gotta give, or I'm gonna launch myself head first through the nearest window. I hear a glass clink behind the bar and my head snaps in that direction. No one was there.
