Spec says it's a 21mm band with yup 21mm dual quick release springbar . the home company says no we don't sell that. ( to you) . I guess in hindsight,I should have just gave it to customer service repair.( would have been much less time consuming and stressful . I haven't been into horligy for that long , and began with pre coo coo type eropean mildly antique wall chime clocks .. By happenstance I got back into watches, due to my late uncle giving me a Le Gant When I was 7 ( Montgomery ward originally) My Uncle Frank was a jeweler,and the best of 7 of my uncles. So I appreciated that and other things in life for various reasons. I saw a Seastar 1000 a year or so ago in a pawn shop a year n a half ago so it was a fair price for condition. A month ago I thought I may have lost it. So I did buy another, with a seized spring bar.. so I needed to replace it and I did go to a good jewler in Long Is . He wisley said leve it its holding .I don't like that design. I did finally remove it .and put in a standard.

I have been in a flare since November 2023, during that time I have failed Humira and Stelara. I think I am going to be switched to Rinvoq in the coming weeks. I have had two unsuccessful surgeries on my rectal area in the past year to clear up fissures and sentinel tags and haemorrhoids, it's a mess down there and the disease is still active with my calprotectin at 400 (although down from 6000). So, I guess my question is, has too much damage been done or can I still recover from this? Any happy stories?

2025.01.31 02:16 saucy_otters Deka Mile Ruck Training - anyone have any good training advice?
I've done 2 HYROX races and loved them - placed pretty well too! Cardio & strength endurance is pretty solid going into this next race.
I'll be doing a Deka Mile Ruck in 2 months. The zones stack seem pretty similar to HYROX, but I've never actually trained with a 30lb ruck vest before.
Any pointers on how to structure training ? I figured I'd start off with getting used to the "easier" bodyweight & cardio-machine zones (i.e. ski erg, row, air bike, step-overs) and progress into the ones that require physical weight (i.e. weighed burpees, medball situps, shoulder-overs, etc)
Is this a good plan ? Haven't found much online yet about mixing weight training with wearing a ruck vest.

Basically I was playing Brutal company with some other mods with my 3 other friends theres a planet thats mostly submerged in the water a huge sea monster will appear and eat you if your too close to the water, I called the stuff in for us grab MY stuff and then friend 1 asks me where the stuff is I tell her she goes over there and dies to the water monster and blames me Friend 2 I'll call him meatrider, Decides to hit me with a shovel to weaken me Resurrect friend 1 after teleporting them and me and her have a fight to the death and she kills me since I was already weakened I believe, Couple games afterwards Friend 3, Gets angry about the music box and grabs a shotgun which I call in for him so he doesn't shoot me aswell and shoots meatrider and then a snowball man eats friend 1, later on, the main entrance is the one with the manager update, I go down the elevator Meatrider "Accidentally" Shoots the shotgun at me as the elevator doors open which somehow I didnt die from So yk I pull out my own shotgun and shoot him back, He throws a fit the game after and everyones mad at me asking why I shot him and killed him and they all don't trust me, Then the last game I was doing cuz I had to go soon Friend 3 Walks up behind me With the shotgun while I'm walking around and shoots me from behind killing me then casually says to everyone else "I killed fire" and they move on without trying to revive me, and get angry when I say bye to leave because I can't do another round and Friend 3 gets angry And blames it on me saying "You died in a game get over it!" "You were killing people randomly before that" Probably in reference to meatrider, Give me a good way to kill Them all, (No push mod) genuinely Need help killing them

 | I have only had this plant for a month or so now. I did repot it into a chunky mix or bark, perlite & a potting soil when I got it. It has been in my Barrina mini greenhouse, humidity usually around 78-80. Watering with Superthrive Foliage Pro each time. It has already given me 3 new leaves since I got it & the 2 original are now gone. First 3 photos I took to ask in a fb group but didnt get any answers.Last photo is of the newest one, limp Leaf to the left is now gone lol I took it off.
