Today I chose to stand up to my mom and talk about the problems in my life thinking it could change something and it didn't go well, and now I keep thinking about all the messed up things she has done to me and how i got over it just for her to still hurt me, idek what to do anymore especially since she is my mom and I do depend on her and that is making build up even more anger, I don't even know what to do anymore because if I stand up for myself again or if I try to stay quiet and not talk to her she's gonna try and send me away to the psych ward again I'm genuinely terrified of what she is capable of doing to my life. I have no close family members, I have some friends but I don’t know what I would even say to them and if it would even change anything.

It’s a weird title but I enjoyed the short series…FL is a modern college student transported into a fantasy novel setting as the jealous female villain but nopes out of that storyline to live rich and happy away from court politics.
I’ve watched more short dramas in 2025 than anything else.
This one was good and IMHO it was really only noticeable that it lacked budget when the court scenes with the emperor had like 4 advisors in his library vs the gaggle of officials in the main throne room. The number of troops or other extras was also small.
Pacing was good…kind of a necessity in a short drama.
Acting was what you would expect…mostly solid but not earth shattering. All the guys were really pretty (vs handsome? I think it was their makeup).
Fight scenes were weak but they had a couple nice artistic shots. Budget again.
I guess I’ll have to renew tencent even with the overlap with Viki because there seems to be more translated shorts there than anywhere else.

It is implied that the Elden Ring's shape can be altered when Marika plucked the rune of death out. It seems that great runes over the Elden ring can be taken out or re-added at any time by Marika. It is also said that Marika embodies the Elden ring, that she is its vessel. Well, my theory is that every time a great rune is removed from the Elden ring, then a piece of America is also removed. That's why she looks so disheveled. I think that an alternate theory is that when she shattered the Elden Ring her body also shattered, or that she used the hammer on herself to shatter the Ring. Nevertheless, I think that the state that the Elden ring is in directly corresponds to Marika's physical appearance. I don't know if I was the first to make this theory or if somebody beat me to it, but I was thinking about it recently, and this theory popped into my head.

2025.01.31 01:46 SocialDeviance If the devs are going to hibernate PoE 1 for the rest of the playerbase, shouldn't they at least give PoE 1 players access to PoE 2?
I mean, yeah, people paid to participate in the beta and to show their support for the devs and that's super nice and dandy but... i don't want to say this has been some sort of ragpull from them, but PoE 1 players are now stuck in a limbo with a rotting economy and game mechanics if the devs don't make a new league. And the idea was that both games would get love from the devs.
So what do PoE 1 players get out of this debacle that has been a potentially disorganized game dev cycle? Should PoE 1 players get access to PoE 2 at least?
I wanna hear your thoughts.

- Cameras you're considering: Looked at Panasonic Lumix DC-FZ80, bad in lowlight. Looked at Sony Vlogging cameras, read about them conking out at club shows.

- Notes: I don't need a good mic (or any mic), that will always be done separately. I don't anticipate being in bad weather. Don't think the camera will really ever be moving while shooting.
