Half marathon training split insight?
I (23f) have been training for a half marathon officially for the past month through Runna, but have consistently been in shape/doing the mileage to run a half marathon tomorrow if I wanted to (ranging from 30-45 mpw for 6 months roughly with 10-14 mile long runs weekly). I’m running a half marathon end of March and loosely have the goal of sub 2 since my PR in the half is 2:02:28 from a month ago, but it’s not a strict goal for myself as I just want to enjoy the race. I have always run 5 days a week despite weekly mileage but have been finding myself lately getting burnt out running 5 days and dreading my runs which I hate. I was wondering to see if anyone here has experience training for a half running 4 days a week, running 30-35 mpw and peaking at 40 mpw? I feel guilty to call myself a runner for even considering dropping down to 4 days a week when I see so many people who maintain running streaks and seamlessly can run 50+ mpw.
I feel like I would mentally approach my runs a lot better running 4 days a week, but I don’t want it to hinder my fitness to be in half marathon shape year long. I would be doing this alongside strength training which I have been doing for years now, and other ways of cardio cross training such as stair stepper sessions twice a week, and I want to eventually start consistently doing spin classes weekly as well. My main goals for this year are mainly strength/resistance focused and am currently in a growth season, with a “maintenance” running split goal following second. The running training plan I’m thinking of switching to:
Monday: 6 miles tempo or interval workout Wednesday: 8 miles tempo or interval workout Friday: 6 miles easy Saturday: Long run 12-14 miles, possibly every other week switching between easy or progression/race pace workout
I think ideally it seems like it would be nice to have a 5th day where I run less than 6 miles very easy, but honestly I recover fairly quickly from runs less than 10 miles and runs only start to get daunting after 10 miles. For half marathon training peak where I would like to get to 40mpw, I would probably do 5 days for that to break it up so I’m doing 6, 6, 8, 6, 14.
Anyways, I’m definitely overthinking this but I guess the internet is best to hear others who might have the same experience when you’re feeling like this haha.

I tried setting up a macro that will allow me to hold the secondary mouse button for 1 second and then press the primary mouse button so they are simultaneously pressed at the same time.
In the settings, I can get it to hold the secondary button for the duration but it wont allow the primary to pressed at the same time. The secondary releases at the end and then primary engages.
Is this even possible?

Hey, fellow Jamie xx fans!
I went to the In Waves tour and had an absolutely transcendent experience—but while high on LSD, I convinced myself that spending $65 on a t-shirt was an unnecessary act of consumerism and that I should simply absorb the beauty of the night. Which I did. And it was incredible. The absolute best DJ set I've seen in my 20 years of experiencing live electronic music.
However, after coming down, I couldn't stop thinking about that black t-shirt with the tour dates on the back in a wave pattern—the one you can’t buy online. And I regret my decision. It's been almost two weeks and I am spiralling.
If you’re going to the upcoming In Waves show on Friday and wouldn’t mind picking up a t-shirt for me, I will pay you for your trouble and then some. TLDR is there any concern with using K9 Advantix with a baby in the home?
Hi! My greyhound Kirby is on K9 Advantix for flea/tick prevention. He can’t take the oral stuff due to seizures, and we tried the Seresto collar but he had fleas with that. (They were only at the base of his tail. It was bizarre. Got confirmation we applied it correctly). K9 Advantix is our only option, and vet agrees.
We have a nearly 4 month old baby. So she’s not crawling yet, but I know she will eventually. Kirby likes to roll on his back (aka roach) on the area rug. We don’t let him do this with a fresh application or anything, but I don’t know if I need to be concerned since the medicine stays on the skin/fur and wasn’t sure if we would have to be concerned about it transferring even if it’s been a few days post application.

Apologies if this is the incorrect flair.
I believe the VA strike is still ongoing and has also impacted ZZZ to an extent. I started the game fairly recently and am currently on the Chapter 2 Interlude, so I wanted to know around what point in the story will some characters be silent? I plan to switch to another language for now so that everyone is voiced.
All the best to the VAs still striking and genuinely hoping that they’re able to be compensated accordingly for their talent and time. I love all of the characters in the game so far and they do a fantastic job of bringing them to life.
