Hi everyone, this is my first time posting, so I hope my wording doesn’t come off as weird—I’m not really used to this kind of thing.
For context, I’m 19 (F) and was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 17. I believe I got my first period around 13 or 14, but my cycle has always been all over the place. Sometimes I go months without a period, and other times it lasts for two weeks or more, usually with blood or old blood discharge.
I didn’t think much of it at first, but over time, I realized how much PCOS affects the way I feel about myself. I have strong facial hair growth, but my scalp hair is thinning. My skin is rough, my face feels droopy and more masculine, and my acne and scars only add to my insecurities. My body looks normal except for my belly, which is constantly bloated, making me look pregnant. My upper body is also wider, which makes me feel even less feminine.
I saw a gynecologist once, and she diagnosed me with PCOS and prescribed birth control pills. But my mom was against it, believing it would make me infertile. I personally don’t care about having kids—I just want to feel good in my own skin and be the best version of myself.
Now, I’m finally planning to book my second appointment with a gynecologist, but I want to go in more informed. I’d love to understand PCOS better and know what medications could help me feel more feminine and reduce these masculine traits.
I’ve heard that trans people use estrogen pills—would something like that be an option for me?
I’d really appreciate any advice or insights. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this.

From childhood, we’ve all used brands like Dettol, Lifebuoy, Lux for soap, Colgate, Pepsodent, Dabur for toothpaste, and Parachute, Nihar, Bajaj Almond for hair oil. These have been household staples for decades.
But suddenly, influencers (even dermatologists!) are telling us to stop using them and switch to "healthier" alternatives.
Have we been using bad products all along, or is this just marketing hype? 🤔 Why this is getting normalised?

I made a new account. I have 20 champs and hit level 10. When I go to make a game it wont let me join normal draft, because I need to play "Normal PVP SR games" to unlock.
Yet when I play swiftplay, vs bots, or ARURF, the counter doesnt move down.
Is this a bug? Anyone else have this issue with a new account lately?

Ok, round two. Trying to figure out if I have 200 amp service (like 99% sure I don’t at this point) and how difficult is to upgrade to a square D panel with 200 amp service. Breaker 9 and 11 are the “feed” with a 60 amp breaker, shutting it off shut off the whole house. Included are pictures of the feed wire. 6 and 8 used to feed a shed with a pottery kiln (gone, wires cut wrapped in a box at the edge of the house. I will be walking this back to the panel), 10 and 12 fed a hot tub (also gone, wires removed at the sub panel outside, this will also be removed). Garage lights and garage plugs will we walked back and re run. The panel is in a garage now, that will become a bedroom and an office (panel is in office) in the remodel.
The goal here is to go to 200amp service, with a 100 amp sub panel to a major addition on the far side of the house. Panel will be in a new garage, and feed the space above it as well, which is 2 new bedrooms as well as bathrooms. The dryer is being moved to that side of the house. The new garage/shop will also have a lot of power needs.
I can’t pull the panel cover off at the moment, my dad used the screws on one side to help hold peg board. He is getting up in age, hence the remodel and addition, so he can age in place, ect.
I know I need to get an electrician out, just wondering how awful this is going to be. My local utility said “90% of our runs can do 200 amp if the wiring inside is brought up to spec” and I am not sure if I believe them. Just looking for a little peace of mind.
Also, based on the feed, I feel like this panel was very overloaded all these years.

...but North America doesn't get any Fantics. I love light weight, I love scramblers. The KLX300 is too utilitarian, Husqvarna 501 not reliable enough. the Ducati Desert Sled would also be perfect but it's too heavy. A Scrambler version of a Honda CB300R would be fantastic. Something like that. Unless suspension mods like that are possible for a scrambler?

I live in southeastern Arizona and it is extremely arid, most of the time the humidity is 10 or below… I do use dryer balls, but they still do not take out a lot of the static. My girlfriend and husband have always used dryer sheets, I’m not a big fan and they’re kind of expensive…..
Sooooo, I’m wondering if anybody has used these Cobi dryer sheets they’re supposed to completely disintegrate after the load is dried. Biodegradable, made of cotton. …. Anyone????
