I am new to the ketogenic diet and have been on it for just over a month. The first week I got through a mild keto flu and then felt great - clear mind, lots of energy, low appetite! I loved it.
At about 10 days, due to family pressures and poor self-efficacy, I ended up breaking keto for 1 meal. Since that time I have struggled to get back to that great feeling. I had lost 10 lb those first 10 days (about 5-7 was water weight), and since then I've lost 5 and it was all over 2 days last week.
Because I wasn't achieving the soft signs of ketosis, I got a glucometer with ketone strips. From what I can tell the best time to check is in the evening at least 3h after a meal? At that time I am pretty much always 0.7. I have once hit a 1.1 but never higher. I have tried other times of the day and I am always 0.5-0.7.
How can I push things forward and get the results back? The weight loss is bonus, but really want to get that cleared brain fog and energy again.
I have been keeping my net carbs to <20. I have dabbled with some processed keto stuff (Mr. tortilla taco wraps mainly, erythritol once) and it doesn't seem to make my numbers better or worse. I am using Carbometer and typically eating 120g of fat, 90-110g of protein and 1500-1800 calories (larger deficit than recommended, but still seems like plenty). I've tried adding more fat and that hasn't helped either.
Where do I go from here?

Title pretty much says it all. I am looking for a US (or other) pharmacy that will make liquid minox with glycerin and/or very low PPG content. Many vendors make this with topical finasteride, but I am symptom-free on oral fin and don't want to change things.
I have had a lot of luck with this formula before, however the pharmacy that made it is no longer available. I've tried the foam multiple times with very little regrowth.
Regular kirkland minox liquid works to a point but eventually T/Gel and conditioners stop working and the propylene glycol starts burning my scalp.
Please help, PPG is wrecking me.

i hope that you are really good, this is the context of my problem: Im installing a new wazuh deploy for storage log from qradar for 1 year (that is the principal idea), and need separate the differente logsource by customer and log type, i believe that is a good idea because 1 year for logs in a unique index (default index of wazuh) is too much and idont figure out if its work beacuse i have widnows logs, linux, firewall logs and more log types. So somebody changed or create s similar setup assigning index by logsource type?
im trynd do that, but all the config that i applied not working until this time. The index by logsource wasn't create y and all the logs are store in the deafult wazuh index (wazuh-alerts-* i believe that is the name).

Situation: bf comes home from a work event. I have white noise on (which he doesnt always like on, but I forgot to lower to the right amount as I fell asleep) he turns it down, and then goes on to be loud and asks me if it’s too soft and if that’s ok at that level (whilst I’m sleeping and he’s expecting a response ) I ignore but I wake up and respond it’s fine but mentioned it’s a bit inconsiderate to wake me up to seek validation of something that was ok for me in the first place, we then get into an argument as is defending himself and cannot see where I’m coming from.
He keeps on telling me that he was being considerate by balancing both our needs and that in fact he was quite nice and considerate to do so to make sure I was comfortable. He thinks this is very thoughtful and not selfish
He said his intent was to find a middle ground, but you do that in the morning it’s strange and weird to come and try and solve that when your partner is sleeping.
I feel like I’m getting gaslit into oblivion it’s hard to tell.
After further prompting I found out he was upset that I had it on so loud and I feel bad in saying this but it feels like he passively felt I was not acting right so he decided to wake me up to sort it out where really if he was selfless he would of just waited till morning as someone considerate of his partner ….
Might be a pattern to act in selfishness and frame it as selfless acts and manipulate then get defensive
