My Activity lets you use saved data to: Access and manage your search history and activity in one central place from any device. View and filter activity by date, product, and keyword. Manually or automatically delete some or all activity. You can delete individual items, activity from a certain time frame, or all activity. Choose how long your Gemini Apps activity is kept (3, 18, or 36 months) or select Don’t auto-delete activity. Click Next and follow the on-screen instructions. Under "History settings," tap My Activity. To access your activity: Browse your activity, organized by day and time. To find specific activity, at the top, use the search bar and filters. If your searches, websites you've visited, or other activity don't show in My Activity, make sure that: You're signed in. Activity is saved only when you're signed in to your Google Account. Your device is online. Any offline activity won't show up in My Activity until your device connects to the Internet. The right settings are turned on. You won’t be seen in Activity dashboard for anybody’s files. You can turn on your view history again, and your previously recorded views will appear again. Your views while your view history is turned off will never show. You can still see view history on your documents. When Web & App Activity is on: You can check the box next to "Include Chrome history and activity from sites, apps, and devices that use Google services." You can check the box next to "Include voice and audio activity." When you turn Web & App Activity off: Select Turn off, then choose to Turn off or Turn off and delete activity. Tip: Some activity may expire sooner than the time frame you choose. For example, location info about your device’s general area and IP address is automatically deleted from your Web & App Activity after 30 days. Delete activity in other places. Your activity might be saved in places other than My Activity.

I have had sleep paralysis for almost two years so I know all of the relax and do not be afraid. But during it I have recently found some insane stuff that wakes me up. Other than twitching, I woke up to doing workouts like crunches and stretches randomly. I know stretching before you get out of bed is normal, but these are like yoga type stretches😂 I am posting this based on your thoughts. I will wake up randomly with muscles sore I never worked out or spent time on. The crunches eventually woke me up

Every Tennessean and American should be horrified by a provision in Governor Bill Lee’s proposed bill that would criminalize elected lawmakers for how they vote on immigration policy. This is a dangerous idea for any politician to consider, whether liberal or conservative.
If George Washington, John Adams, James Madison or any founding father were made aware of this proposed law, they would be rolling in their graves. Nothing is more un-American than an elected representative being charged for a crime, for voting on behalf of their constituents.
Every Chattanoogan should be proud of Chattanooga Senator Todd Gardenhire, a Republican, for trying to remove the provision from the bill. Senator Gardenhire was exactly right for pointing out how this provision goes against our republic and would create a disastrous precedent.
I am extremely disappointed in my state senator, Bo Watson, for supporting the provision and for chastising Gardenhire for trying to prevent this horrible proposal from forever staining the legacy of Tennessee.
I urge everyone who is concerned by this proposal to email your Tennessee state representatives today. It is very easy to find out who your representatives are and to find their email addresses. On the Tennessee General Assembly website, they have a section called Find My Legislator. I recommend asking them to vote against this un-American piece of legislation. We are better than this, and their votes should reflect that.

I am new to both Nextjs and Docker so this might be a stupid question. When you use docker with Nextjs, the optimal way to do it is to build the project, then create a new layer, copy the built files, and delete everything else so that the container remains lightweight.
This is good if I want to serve my app in docker. However, if I want to develop the app in docker, how is that done? Do we create different containers for dev and prod? Or is there some other approach used?

I define Intelligence as "Pattern Recognition". I belive Intelligence can be increased or decreased from a lot of factors. In general cases, when Intelligence increases, ie. Our Pattern Recognition ability increases, the process grows in two aspects over our lifetime - 1. Ability to recognize new patterns itself. 2. The data warehouse we build based on previously recognized patterns.
The key to this increase this, in a specific skillset, like let's say understanding Social Situations, Learning Calculus, or becoming better at Sudoku is - 1. Ability to see patterns, which comes by, finding them yourself or by someone else telling them to you - iteratively. 2. Making errors - which focus our attention on what needs to be adjusted and change in our process, and then applying those adjustments based on errors/ feedback.
What do you think "Intelligence" is? How would you define it? Is Intelligence "fixed" or "malleable"? If malleable, how it increases? If malleable, how it decreases?

Seeking advice on how to handle this:
My dad took back 5 items to Costco yesterday and 3 of the items were refunded $5 rather than the full cost. They were worth more than $5 dollars but my dad didn’t realize when he was there what happened. The computer system was down and it was chaos. Today he went back with proof of what the items cost but he was told all he could get back was $5 because it was a different credit card. That wasn’t true and there’s proof on the original receipt about the credit card. Anyway, I realize that the item number on my Costco online receipt is different than what scanned on the return and I believe that’s the problem. Is there any way to correct this? The items totals more than $70 dollars and to only get $5 back for each item is a real shame. If this was the case I would’ve kept the clothing. I plan on going back tomorrow and this will be the third time. Thank you!

In Broadway show preshow announcements for many years, we've had shows that have start with the traditional...... LADIES AND GENTLMEN!!! Slowly, now more Broadway shows for gender acceptance of everyone, we now have HELLO EVERYONE. Which ones do you prefer?
I just went to see GREAT GATSBY and apparently, they still used LADIES AND GENTLMEN at the top of Act 2 to announce a last minute midshow Ensemble switch. Any other shows still use LADIES AND GENTLEMEN right now?
I love the HELLO EVERYONE or it goes directly to WELCOME TO (TITLE OF SHOW). Over the years, I gotta tell you, I always jump out of my seat if it starts with the abrupt LADIES AND GENTLEMEN...... right in the middle of a conversation.
