So much liquid coming up I can't control it to point I'm choking on it and can't function withi it I have no social life I can't eat cayse of it it drowns me! Can't do this anymore I have iem innafective esophagus motility, this fluid just keeps coming I can't stop it I do have motility problems les ues is coming up weak in momentary dysphagia innafective swallowing 90% but this is joke, mild chronic gastritis in recent endoscopy but thus liquid doesn't stop I can't function it wrecked the throat abd I can't breathe, so many times I go emergency nothing they can do there I need urgent help but thers none want ny old life back, don't et till 8pm one bannana if lucky only time I'm at peace is when I get 3hrs sleep if lucky I need barium swallow momentary but haven't gone to get it cause of this constant liquid it's wrecked ues. It's not acidity will need Heller’s Cardiomyotomy fundoplication dor surgery, chronic mild gastritis but why so nuch liquid

Hi everyone, I (25f) need help or maybe reassurance. I have been going to the gym for years since I was in high school, I always start with 30-40 min incline walk and then lift for about 20 switching between leg and arm days, I occasionally do core work and stretch afterwards depending on time. In 2023 I had a rough year and fell off around fall 2023, I wasn’t consistently going to the gym again until this December. I have gained weight and lost a lot of muscle and it is really hard to find motivation when it feels like all the work I had put In for years was a complete waste. I’ve started developing a new routine of doing yoga 3-4 times a week and going to the gym 2-3 times, as I just don’t enjoy it as much as I used to and I am enjoying yoga more. What can I do differently, should I be going to the gym more often? Should I be lifting for longer? Is yoga enough on the days I’m not at the gym? Do I just need to be more patient? Should I be resting more? I work out usually 6 days a week and I am feeling burnout already but in the past I have always worked out 5-6 days a week. Any words of advice would help.

After speaking to a fitter, I got told that the reach of my bike (~400mm) is probably about 10-20mm too short.
Are there any racing bikes that have big reach in their larger frames (I'm 6'4).
Looking at the Look 795 Blade RS or the Ridley Falcn RS - has anyone got experience riding these? Really leaning towards the Ridley.

Hello! I hope I came to the right place. I’m looking to book a flight via ITA (not looking for opinions on ITA as a company; it’s the best option for this trip), and I’m quite certain the aircraft is a 330-900 neo. I prefer the back of the plane (bonus: choosing seats is cheaper here), but I want to know: what’s in the empty spaces in the back few rows on this craft (circled in the pic [my phone is in dark mode])? Any cabins tours I have found only show the front of economy, with the full rows. I wanna make sure I’m not paying to sit by a toilet or something. Also, at what row do the windows stop?
