 | I looked at past posts and it seems like a bunch of debates and honestly I just want a straight answer. I want a dock for my Lenovo go to connect it to a computer monitor and occasionally connect it to my tv for movie nights. Please help me. Some ppl recommended a dell dock, UGreen 9 in 1 which I found on Amazon for 39, ivanky 8 in 1 and jsaux. End of 2021, I had fallen off by a lot. I was close to 220lbs, lost my job due to covid, had a long-term relationship end, and was overly stressed, depressed, and anxious. This lead to a few months of starving from depression, which got me down about 40lbs.
In February of 2022, I decided I didn't like myself and said I was going to work out everyday for at least an hour. I've kept that promise to myself and while somethings improved, it wasn't until this past summer I decided to really dial in my nutrition and up my workouts a lot.
July of 2024, I started tacking with MyFitnessPal and recomped for a few months, but it wasn't until I started MacroFactor that I reached my best results in October. However, the low-fat diet had me crash pretty hard in terms of mood swings and hunger. Since I started eating more, I upped my workouts to hopefully turn that fuel into more muscle. I miss looking leaner, but not how it made me feel.
I want to start another mini cut soon , just to see what's underneath currently. But I'm happy that I've made progress and gained more strength. Consistency (obsession) and time has been the best method. A big thanks to fitness30plus for inspiration.

i have had two spots on my two front teeth for a while i figured they were stains or something. tuesday i went to the dentist for checkup and he said i had something like superficial cavitation and demineralization and needed two fillings on my two front teeth at the top near the gums. today i had these fillings done but it didnt hurt at all and no anaesthetic that i know of was used (no needles - thats all i know, maybe topical? idk). just confused on what the medical terms mean- - is cavitation the same as cavities- so i had two small cavities? - how did i feel nothing and not need local anaesthetic if they were cavities i thought fillings hurt? - were they cavities or in process of becoming cavities?

Been interested with VR Headset for some times now, and deciding to purchase one. Will be using it mainly to watch movies, VR gaming and some office work if possible. But here's the problem, I am prone to motion sickness, I will get dizzy when playing FPS games and I'm afraid that VR headset might not good for me. So as per the title, any shop recommendation in KK that I can visit to try/experience it beforehand before deciding to buy one?
Also any VR headset owner here that can suggest me a good model?

I'm happy to have the grind but I feel like this promo has created too much of a difference between peoples accounts. There's a good amount of people on here who've packed 5+ toty's but also a good amount of people who've done 200+ to get nothing. If your on the lower end of things for the next two months 1/3 of your champs games you'll just be at a massive disadvantage and it has nothing to do with 'just grinding harder bro'.

Hello fellow gamers. Alas, I think its time to move on from my Asus RX 570 4gb. I got the entire PC during the height of the lockdown and it's what got me back into PC gaming. I'm mostly into single-player RPGs during the time I can spare and I've been able to stretch the 570 so far by lowering settings. I'm forced to upgrade because I want to play FF7 Rebirth and sadly its no longer supported by this gpu. I know my cpu is also underpowered but its still in the recommended specs of the game at low settings. I also only really play occasionally with rpg titles that I'm into. I'll be happy with 1080p 60hz low to med settings with frame gen.

- 550w psu
