Help! Custom TTS (Sherpa Piper) Not Showing Up on Boox Go 10.3 (Firmware 4.0)

I recently updated my Boox Go 10.3 to firmware version 4.0 and tried installing the Sherpa Piper custom TTS engine from this link.
The installation seemed to go fine, but I can't see Sherpa Piper under Settings → Language & Input → TTS. It's just not showing up as an available option.
Has anyone successfully set this up on their Boox device? Am I missing a step, or is there a known issue with firmware 4.0? Any help would be much appreciated!

Took my 2017 Wrangler sport into a trusted mom and pop Jeep-only mechanic here in SoCal for an oil change, and they charged me $130. I’ve never paid that much, even at the dealership. I emailed them to ask why, and their response was basically, "Not sure, we’ll check into it and get back to you. It was probably full synthetic."
That was it—no real explanation, and I still haven’t heard back. It’s a small, well-reviewed shop, and I was planning to get a lift done there, but now I’m seriously reconsidering. The people are friendly, and I’ve never had issues before, but this feels off.
Am I overthinking this, or is $130 just way too much for an oil change? Anyone else run into something like this?

We know about the toxic environment at certain high-end schools, and recent news, and that's always a concern for me so I'm asking you guys. I was asked to inquire at various Choice schools, but I'm unsure personally.
Prefer CBSE but other suggestions welcome. Budget isn't really an issue for the family.

 | So for whatever reason I was under the impression that I was an autumn or winter (idk why). Recently got typed and it was glaringly obvious that I was a warm tone, but i was surprised that it was spring… I have naturally medium-dark brown hair (picture 4) with brown eyes too. I know that you can have darker features and still be a light spring, but I am curious about if the typing is correct because I’ve heard that the standards (?) for colour analysis groups are different in Asia vs the West. For 2 weeks now I have been emailing back and forth with guest services about a gift card issue and still have gotten nowhere. Here's the situation (sorry it's so long):
I received a $100 Ulta gift card for Christmas. This is a physical gift card purchased from an Ulta store. The person who gave it to me also included the receipt.
When I checked the balance of the card, it said it hasn't been activated. When I compared the gift card number on the receipt to my actual gift card, they don't match. I talked to the person who gave me the card, and she said the cashier was having trouble activating the first card she grabbed, so she grabbed a different one. We think she must have accidentally put the first, unactivated, card in the bag instead of the activated one.
I have tried to explain all of this to guest services, several times at this point. I've included photos of the receipt and the gift card multiple times. I've been bounced around to different people, wrongly told I need to contact ultagiftcardsupport, who informed me they don't support physical gift cards, only e-gift cards.
Today I had a new reply that said congratulations, your card has been activated, and thought "finally it's resolved"! But no, the card number they are referencing is the one on the receipt, not the card I have, which is still unactivated! I just want a replacement gift card. Why is that so difficult? I'm starting to feel like they're being purposely obtuse so I'll just give up and go away.
I'm a diamond member, too. I spend a lot of money at Ulta. I'm not trying to scam anyone, just resolve a mistake the cashier made. Has this happened to anyone else who was able to get it resolved? Any employees have advice on what I can do?
TL;DR: Someone bought me a $100 gift card, but the cashier accidentally gave them a card that had not been activated. Guest services has been zero help in resolving the issue.

Hi guys, I [26F] was having vaginal yeast symptoms (itching and yellow/green discharge) so my doctor gave me a vaginal swab and urine culture last week, the vaginal smear came back positive for yeast and the urine culture came back positive for a very rare bacteria that is resistant to a lot of antibiotics. I told my doctor it could be a mistake since I’m not having frequent urination or burning (my typical Uti symptoms). It came back positive for leukocytes (70 WBC/uL) with lots of P. Aeruginosa (100 x E6 CFU/L) again. Is this a false positive? The doctor gave me a prescription for Ciprofloxin 500 mg twice a day for 7 days, should I just continue taking the antibiotic even if i’m not having UTI symptoms?
I am currently 2 days (4 pills) into the Cipro, thinking of stopping tomorrow at 3 days (6 pills) since I am worried about unnecessary antibiotic use. I am also scared because I’ve been reading up on the bacteria they found and it seems to have a very high mortality rate and resistance to antibiotics…
Also, I took fluconazole first while waiting for the culture results, and the yeast symptoms went away.
how do I safely stop taking the Cipro without creating bacterial resistance? Thank you!

So I bought a car from an insurance auction and am using it for parts on my own car and I noticed there are a significant amount of performance mods done to the car and maybe to the internals of the engine. So I want to get in contact with the previous owner and ask them but I don’t know how and showing up to the DMV asking for someone’s personal information based off a plate or VIN number seems like creepy or I’d get put on a watch list or something. Just want to know how to go about it.
