21 y/o female
i’ve had some sort of respiratory infection for the past three days. when I lay down it feels like I’m suffocating and i’ve woken up in the night from it. this morning I woke up to a bunch of notifications from my apple watch saying my blood oxygen had dipped to 88 in the night and i also noticed it was like that the night before. I was told by several nurse friends to go to the hospital just to be safe and they said everything was normal (granted they were super busy and I could tell they were just trying to get me out of there). they just told me I had a viral respiratory infection and said to rest. I just took it in bed now and it keeps saying 91. I’m even trying to sleep elevated with a humidifier. i’m worried it’s gonna dip more when i fall asleep and i’m honestly scared to sleep at this point. what should i do? is this as worrisome as it seems? i’m exhausted.

I work part-time as a front-end cashier. During my shift today, an older gentleman and his granddaughter came through my checkout line. His insurance card had stopped covering his groceries, and he couldn’t afford to pay for them out of pocket. He became visibly upset, and without thinking, I stepped around to his side of the register, swiped my discount card, and then used my debit card to pay for his $96 worth of groceries and a very small toy that his granddaughter bought.
At the time, it didn’t even cross my mind that I could potentially be fired for this. I'm certain the cameras captured me taking out my debit card, but I’m worried that the register might alert management that I either made a purchase while on the clock or allowed a customer to use my discount—both of which, I understand, are fireable offenses.
I’ve never had any issues with management or my coworkers, and I always do my job to the best of my ability. However, I’m still concerned because I live in a rural area, and as silly as it sounds, Walmart offers the highest starting pay around for someone my age. Losing this job would be a major setback for me.

I found a course that is 40 hours long and they said I would be able to find a job if I took their course and took the exam (I think they said I can choose between CCHI and NBCMI). They said most people don't even have the certification so if I got it I'd be very valuable.
This seems a bit too good to be true because 40 hours is barely any time, but Google says you only need to take a 40-hour course. My second language is Spanish and I'm located in Indiana, USA.

No access to external hard drive. Sorry about the image. I plugged the hard drive into my PC to insure it was clean and no files, worked just fine. Plugged it in to steam deck and formatted. Shows up on steam deck just fine. Plugged it back into PC to add files and now it doesn't show up to where I can add the files. I can eject it but can't add files. Help
