To my fellow employees I’m not sure if we ALL have to do this . But at my office we have to do a 1 to 1 cadence .. in which is very ridiculous and time consuming and I cannot get anything done as efficiently. I went from 60-80 pts per day ( I’m also in orientation and our QCR goal is 40) Now literally everyday I’m getting 30 pts or barely scraping 40. I genuinely hate it and it’s not helpful whatsoever . Not to mention , the survey issue here is so fucking horrid bc people are literally getting let go for only having “very good” DESPITE reaching all of their goals or succeeding them. The expectations here are extremely unrealistic , someone tell the ceo that we aren’t a group of fucking robots.. not to mention it’s like every supervisor as well is feeling the pressure my supervisor literally got reviewed for term the other day including the rest in my office . My supervisor told us all in a meeting that we’re ALL an Audit a way from review for term it’s actually very sad .

I'm a beginner rider with not a lot of experience on sports bikes. When I took the delivery of my rs457 the dealer warned me to not pressure wash it cuz it might ruin the paint of the stickers or the electronics or other stuff like that. Wanted to ask, it that really true ?? I genuinely don't think it is but just being on the safer side I'm just using a normal pipe with very low pressure to wash it. It would be really helpful to get some advice on this.(If I'm being a very obvious dumbass, cut me some slack I'm 16)

I got a new job at an office that is in an office space. It’s on the 25th floor.
I am severely claustrophobic and cannot go into elevators, even if it were to go to the second floor. My heart rate jumps to 200 if I’m in an elevator. The building has stairs that lead to the 25th floor, but the stairs are locked and I’d need security to unlock the door for me.
I want to ask my manager and disclose my inability to take elevators. Is that too much? I have remote flexibility but there are some days where I need to go into the office. I REALLY can’t ride an elevator. Is it unreasonable to have my accommodation that I have someone unlock the stairs for me every day I’m in office?

I’ve been playing with agar for a while now. I don’t have any issues when it comes to germinating, transferring, or cleaning up Cubensis.
Recently I’ve been trying to get some Pans going. However, all of my transfers from the initial spore plate end up looking like this. What I mean is - they end up looking as if they are clumping. Even if a plate is uniform, the mycelium eventually looks like this.
Would love to hear some insight :)
