Well my kiddo appears to have gotten whatever bug my husband has. It seemed to hit him out of nowhere this morning. He had a small cough then went down for an early nap then woke up and could tell he didn't feel good. He then threw up a couple of times and fell back asleep. What do you do when your kiddos are sick? I'm going to be encouraging rest and pushing fluids as much as possible. He's also still nursing. If he has the flu, I really don't want to give him tamiflu but I know husband would want him to have it if a doctor tells him.

I love stories were protagonist fight against discrimination and oppressions. Regardless of its type. So a lot of people says Tamil has such a themed movies but i didn’t come across many movies like that. My favourite Mahabharata character is Karna for the same reason. have a bit of budget, so I was thinking of getting a better camera and/or mic. right now i have a mediocre 2k webcam that connects to my pc with usb, and two microphones, one that connects via usb to pcs and another set that i got a while ago on amazon. I haven't really tested it yet, but here's the name. HUUSMOT Wireless Lavalileir It's not terrible but there are in fact a lot of bad reviews and the audio quality ok. But anyways, I need a new camera / mic doesnt have to be together but would be nice if it is, that can record by itself, plug in when needed to any computer or phone, won't break in a day, is budget friendly (<70$) and is hd at least. Any suggestions? thx

2025.02.01 17:02 Beneficial752 Puppy blues comeback
I have a 7 month old goldendoodle and he is driving me absolutely insane! It seems all of the behaviors he “grew” out of (leash jumping/biting, eating absolutely everything off the ground, barking, crying, etc.) have slowly started to creep back in. He is crate trained and I have him on a fairly consistent schedule. We have been working with a trainer who comes to the house and he only listens to me when the trainer is present. He doesn’t listen to any commands and it is getting worrisome. I have never experienced this kind of adolescent regression with any other dog. Granted, I fully understand the doodles are a more needy breed but I feel so discouraged and exhausted. I am crying just as much (if not more) as I did when he was 3-4 months old. I am absolutely horrified if this continues on for another 8-10 months. Has anyone experienced the 7 month decline? Is there any hope on the horizon?!

I want to replace our shower arm. I’m pretty sure it’s builder’s grade crap like all the fixtures in our house are. Hubs insists he doesn’t want to mess with it because he’s afraid we will have leaking behind the wall. I think it’s a matter of time before it snaps off and would rather replace it before that happens. We have hard water that wreaks havoc on our plumbing. The house was built in 2004 if that matters.

it's a very simple story game, it had 3d (sort of?) graphics and you would move your blue character with WASD (or arrows, i think). it was kinda like finding clues like a detective and solving the puzzles. i remember that at the end, after the credits, they even showed merch you could buy from the game.

Reddit voted The Substance best horror of 2024. Why?
I was not invested or cared about the plot or main character. I wasn’t really entertained by it at all. It wasn’t a bad movie or poorly written, I just didn’t care
What about it did everybody love so much? It’s not like it’s a new idea. I have seen dozens of movies where “main character gets a product with very specific rules. They ignore the rules and pay the price.” I have seen plenty of horror movies lately about getting old or being replaced by someone new. I have seen horror stories about clones fighting each other (even though this is just one person fighting her own poor choices. There is literally a Superman villain who is an actress messing with bodies to stay relevant and it’s far more of a horror than this was. What is it that people latch onto?
Also, I am super disappointed this is the horror movie nominated by the Oscars. How do people see this as the academy final respects horror? The Substance is a drama movies first and foremost. It has body horror sprinkled throughout and one scene of it as the ending. How is this a victory? They are saying “horror can only get respect if it’s the subgenre.” Nosfetau got costumes and Romulus got special effects. Whoopie.
Please explain what you loved about it, I am really asking
