I would like to buy a PC but am not sure what parts to go for.
I think i'd rather go with nvidia and would much prefer a white pc. Planning to play games with a big range from minecraft to gta 5/6 and would like it to be able to get sufficient fps (over 120 on gta6 although I know we don't know what the requirements are).
Any ideas for around $1000/£800?

I (19M) live with my childhood best friends (19M) and (20M) near college here in Japan. The 20yrs old whose nickname is Ivan is my childhood best friend whom I liked once, but, well, what can I do? Recently I adopted a Spaniel Breton, he’s still a baby, with brown fur and the cutest hazel eyes ever. I had no idea what to name him. My other friend Till (nickname) said I should name him Chocolate, because his fur is the color of chocolate. Honestly, cute idea. But I thought it might be silly. Then a good idea came into mind: I’ll name him Ivan, which is the nickname of our friend. He’s a puppy lover, he’ll love it. And I was right! Now both Till and Ivanov are fighting to see who’s gonna be my pup’s uncle. Little do they know that they both already are his uncles.

2025.02.01 19:39 Evening_Ingenuity_27 Internet goes out for about 5 seconds a couple times every hour
So for the past couple of months, my internet has been going out often, while still being connected to the network. I got super irritated by it, so I created a python script that would monitor the outages. There didn't seem to be a specific time they happened (more often when I was on a video or voice call), but whenever it did, it happened for about 5 seconds exact. I am using t-mobile home internet. Anyone have any idea how to fix or what the issue is?

OH ME, OH MY! On the last episode of The Party Role We barely get a wink of sleep, as Cuspertin wakes the group . He's been tipped off that someone is coming from the loud clopping of hooves in their direction. Before we book it, we quickly head towards the evil tree which is dead now and collect anything we can; which just happens to be an amulet, an axe and another one of those magical gems Davian had stolen from him. Like a group of mountain goats, we scale this steep hill down and into the forest below us, hiding from whatever is coming. We use Mr Caw as our sentry on the hill and guess who's decided to make an appearance? STRAHD! And he's on some fiery horse. I hope he has horse insurance cause that thing looks expensive.
We are in noooooo shape to fight this guy, plus didn't he kick us out of his house last time?! Fuck that guy. We're classy whores guys. We hustle into the forest to wait and hide, while Strahd turns into bats and begins searching a parameter of the area. Using the cover of darkness and the forest, we decide to head back to the Winery and get some rest. But the terrain is difficult and we're pretty far away, that at one point we actually have to risk it and make camp to get some sleep. Come the morning, we find the trail and what looks like to be horse prints in the fresh mud leading towards the Winery, but more importantly, we are all now level 6! ASS KICKERS UNITED! ASSEMBLE! Are we winning yet???

My co-worker David accidently fucked up at work, giving Matt more work, meaning he missed the Party. Steven has a cake with Matt's face on it, which he never gets to see because Dusty and Mark ate it all.
Back to the Story!!!
We trek it back to the Winery looking for Davian to give the gems too. However, since we're heros and like awesome, we don't announce our arrival. In fact, we want to be noticed without being noticed. We're a big deal, you wouldn't get it...
Nigellius then sends Frawd with the gems towards the Winery. However Frawd, being the young lad that he is, isn't all right in the head. While he can choose any door, or could knock or worse case, use his lock picking skills....Frawd decides to climb through a window.
Thankfully, Frawd announces himself once he breaks and enters, which Davian hears and heads towards. The wine maker is delighted that we've found the gems for him and offers to name the next batch of wine after us. He asks us what we call ourselves and we reply "Apple Jack Boys". (So we're known as, the Bone Boys, the Book Boys, and now the Apple Jack Boys.)
Frawd wants some wine, but there is none, however Davian offers us a empty cask for some reason, to which Frawd enters and waits for Khazan to come by and pick him and the barrel up.
Davian then recalls the Bone Boys asking him about some holy symbol. He asks Frawd to gather the rest of us and to follow him, as Davian might have something much more useful for them.
Nigellius feels that Davian is being TOO nice and hasty to us. I see Barovia really has changed our warlock friends attitude on the people!
Nigellius, roll insight on Davian to see if he's on the up and up 2 No suspicion detected
Cuspertin, roll insight on Davian to see if he's on the up and up 25 Gets the feeling this guy thinks we're super cool
We walk in and see a table and a loaf of bread and thin watery soup. It was for the family, but Nigellius eats without care or even wait for an offer.
Cuspertin shows Davian the amulet, which is actually a broch. It's been passed down for generations amongst the were-ravens. It was lost to Strahd's evil minions. He shows Cuspertin how the amulet works and we talk about his life and the winery process. PRETTY BORING.
We IRL here take some time to level up our characters and choose a path better suited for the world of Barovia. We eventually come to the conclusion that this is better done after the episode.
Before we leave, Nigellius shows Davian their map and this outcropping image on it, which should be directly north of this farm. Davian recognizes it as the Village of Kresk. There is an abby there. It's a fully walled city and they are not trusting of outsiders. They might find people there that are sympatric to their cause.
We finish slurping up the food and other pleasantries and head back into the wilderness that is this trail. But to where?! There was that amber temple quest that Kasimir gave us, but he gave us the sunsword, soooo fucccccck that. We look back into our journal and into the card readings. We have three scratched off; only two more to go. -"A werewolf holds a secret hatred for your enemy. Use her hatred to your advantage."
But we don't know any werewolves (yet)
"He lurks in the one place to which he must return. A place of death"
Matt mistakenly thinks this is a place Strahd has died before, but we haven't sat down and really discussed this one. My hunch is that it's talking about the coffin Strahd sleeps in, at castle ravenloft, in the basement where we were not allowed to go.
We're back to the Valakey paradox. Which is, we don't know what to do, so we go back to the thing we are used too. Better known as a toxic relationship.
In Party Roll fashion, with all the options on the table, we call an audible and decide to head back to Rictavio's (aka Van Richten) tower.
While we are walking the path, we hear a lot of bird cries. Above us, a murder of ravens are heading towards the winery, which see us and give us a little bird winks.
We arrive at a bridge and crossroads, the same crossroad that Nigellius fixed, in order to show the right directions of Valakey and the Wizard of Wine Winery.
We head towards in the direction of Valakey, arriving at the Tower some hours later. There are two newish looking carts parked here now. Interesting...
Khazan is commanded to knock on the door and its Esmerelda who opens the door. We remember her being the servant of Van Richten, looking for him. We ask if Van Richten is there, to which she replies 'yes'. Nigellius bursts through and past Esmerelda and heads straight to the elevator and commands it to level 4. Sheeeeeeesh, what has gotten into him?! First the soup and now this!
Arriving at the top floor, we are greeted by Van Richten. We tell him all about our adventurers and the things we've seen and got. He's impressed, as he's been here longer and hasn't gotten these relics. Nigellius asks where we was, cause they showed up earlier and he wasn't here. Van Richten explains that he was in search of something to battle with, either to help in his cause or these lands. A werewolves lair ! He didn't find the exact location, but has a general idea where they could be. We ask for his notes, as we're in need of finding a werewolf for our quest.
Van Richten believes that just to the North of Kresk, should be a region where they can be likely found. But we must be careful, as they are strong and likely servants to Strahd.
We are able to keep Khazan and learn that Esmerelda has been hounding Van Richten to face Strahd head on. (Which is a 180 when we first found her). So now, Van Richten is afraid that she'll go out on her own. Then Van Richten comes clean about something I personally have forgotten about....The embalmed severed head...
It is a Vistani head, from a man once named Yaun. He lead Van Richten here, but soon turned on him once he found out Van Richten's purpose for being here in Barovia. So, he keeps the severed head embalmed and enchanted, just in case he has any question for Yaun about Strahd. ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooookkkkkkkaaaaaay, weeeeeeeirdo.......
He does ask for the head back, but we somehow don't give it back and the result is just us talking back and forth, Van Richten buttering us up with compliments. We are told to use our Raven Mr Caw if we ever need to contact him.
and the camera pans out to the group talking to Van Richten, our fates of tomorrow unknown....
WILL THE GROUP AVOID VALAKEY?!

One by one the quest log becomes lighter.....but will the werewolves put a stop in our plan to defeat Strahd?! 2025.02.01 19:39 New_Roll488 Ark survival ascended can't join own Nitrado server that was previously working.
3 or so days ago my server was working completely fine with the same exact mods installed. Two days ago when I tried to join my server there were no dinos, I had no player tribute, no items were loading in, my character couldn't interact with anything and after about 30 seconds I would get the host connection timeout error only on my server. Sometimes when I try to join I don't even get through the loading screen. I have tried completely resetting the server, verifying my game files and searching through the internet with no luck in finding help or a fix. Any help is appreciated. After the update yesterday it worked until I got off but today when I tried to play again the same thing happened. My server is updated to the version 59.7 and my game says 59.9 but every other server works so at this point I'm lost.

2025.02.01 19:39 PhilYurmom248 Borrowers on IBR Being Tossed into Forbearance?
My SIL, who is also pursuing PSLF, recently submitted her 2023 tax return for her annual income recertification to her servicer, Nelnet. She is an has always been on IBR (and more importantly, was never on SAVE).
Nelnet sent her back an email shortly thereafter informing her she is being placed into a 60-day processing forbearance, which as we know will (or atleast should) qualify for PSLF. However, it is implied that if her application remains unprocessed after the 60-day period, she will then be placed into general forbearance, which won't count towards PSLF.
Wondering if any other borrowers on IBR have experienced this situation, as my understanding is that the delays in processing would only affect the individual try to change IDR plans from SAVE to another IDR plan, not for borrowers simply trying to recertify their income (particularly under IBR where there was never any issue with to begin with).
Personally, if I were in her shoes, I would be irate to have this SAVE situation affect me when I have always been on and never left IBR in the first place. The real kicker here is that she has almost no earned income as well, so her payment has always been and will remain $0.
TL;DR: SIL who is on IBR went to recertify her income and now she is in forbearance. Did this happen to anyone else on IBR?

So say you’re a level 6 sorcerer and for some reason you do 6 levels of lore bard after that. When you get a “level 6” magical secrets choice can you only pick up to level 3 spells or can you pick up to level 5 spells since you’re a level 12 spellcaster?
Could not find the answer scouring the web.
