Girlfriend wants to swap out old Delta shower fixtures with newer looking ones. I started by unscrewing the shower head and it looks like the tail pipe connecting it to the wall is stuck in there.
Any advice on removing it and swapping it out for the new part?

Hello! White British female here wondering if anyone else worries about writing characters who have different cultural backgrounds than themselves? I want my current WIP to be reflective of the real world. I want so, so badly to write interesting characters of different ethnicities. I'm just so worried about doing it badly - or worse, doing it offensively - that I choose to shy away from it completely.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

2025.02.01 22:02 Danny11515 I hate it when noone listens to me
For context my sister has had her boyfriend cheat on her and she has now come back home and has ended her relationship understandably. I thought this would be the end of it to be honest and we could all move on but today I lost my patience with my mum and sister because they thought it was ok to message "your a C***T" to him in response of her reacting to being blocked on instagram.
Since I work in IT and deal with these issues where people have been harrassed like this online as well this is seen to be very much illegal in the country where I live and can have the police knocking on the door. I have of course told them that and they should be avoiding all contact because if anything happens to him we could get into trouble and the fact I have setup up the whole network I too would be responsible because I should have prevented this from happening due to me having full control over the devices.
Of course they didn't listen to me and didn't care because whenever I say that they are wrong I am met with a defensive response and they act like I know absolutely nothing. But I have had to have the uncomfortable conversation today to say if they continue to do this and I find out I will be banning their devices to access the network and they can do this on their own mobile wifi instead because I won't enable this. It's just so fraustrating that I build a career and a reputation and it seems that selfish people like to try and ruin this especially when there is literally anything nowadays that will be plastered over the internet.

Bookmarks seem to be a repeatedly requested feature to be added. On searching bluesky today I found 'Private Bookmarks' as an option returned in search results, so why are people constantly requesting it? and why are people not aware of the methods listed?
I replied to foufive posts on bluesky mentioning that they wanted 'bookmarks', tonight. 1 account thank me and another account gave me an instant block! I didn't want to over reply, because I didn't want to get a 'SPAM' warning/label on my account.
So turn to here, to hopefully draw attention to the above methods.

 | Does anyone have any more info on this particular 1969 Red baron? Or what it is worth? I know allot of the later castings came out with white interior or didn’t have the redline tires, but I haven’t seen any pictures on the inner web, that had all black rims like the one I have. But then again I have no experience in this area. This all came about while I was laying in bed watching TV and my wife showing me a thread on her phone of an old vintage hot wheels a Red Baron selling at Auction for like 7-8k, 😳 Right then it brought me back to my childhood, remembering that I had a hot wheel car like that when I was a child, so I decided to see if I still had it, as I put my box of old cars in storage.
