I ordered a dyson airwrap from mercari ($435) because it's an old color and really wanted it. Turns out that it's fake and mercari accepted that the item is indeed fake. Okay great, step 1 of proving it is complete. However, they want to give me a site credit that expires in 90 days. Has anyone had experience successfully getting the payment refunded to the original payment? I don't want a $435 credit to a site that I never use, and on top of that it expires?!?!

2025.02.01 21:59 ResidentWaifu DoorDash has been stingy lately.
I been using DoorDash for 3 years now and haven't had any issues until recently. Lately MANY of my orders have come with missing items, over 45-60 minutes late, or the order is just no where to be found and the driver won't include a picture nor respond to any calls.
While these things do happen SOMETIMES, in my unlucky case this has been frequent in the last couple months.
Simply put, I have requested refunds/compensation for these things over 6 times now and ALL of them have been rejected. It has now been months since DD has offered me some sort of compensation for one of these events.
I feel like if I pay for the monthly subscription, pay the driver a 15-20% tip, and use the app frequently enough then DoorDash should be looking into these things and compensating.
Hell, a few days ago my order was entirely wrong and I sent picture proof in the review- it was denied and deemed the appropriate action.
I moved from GrubHub to DD completely because GrubHub was far worse, but it seems DD is trying to go down this same path... am I alone on this here?

I appreciate good sound and can easily tell the difference. However I haven't had decent stereo speakers for home. 60W TV speakers on my QN90B sound much better than my Google Nest Mini 2nd Gen because of stereo, volume and bass response. Couldn't notice latency on the latter. Utility - all, games, video, music. Looking for an upgrade but tight on budget. Also want to be able to carry my sound in a bagpack/suitcase. First choice single UBOOM L (unsure if stereo or mono). Might stretch budget for X, unsure.
