My question to successful entrepreneurs is this: do you have a business plan for your company? Is it used strategically or is it created just for financial purposes? And finally, do you have any recommendations on how you created your business plan (i.e. resources to use our sections to include)? This will probably go nowhere due to lack of information and not being able to tell if it's just a creation of my mind.
Basically it was a 2D game with a dark atmosphere and cave like surroundings, I think the character moved in a physics based way, sorta like happy wheels and there were also physics particles. I dont really remember the purpose but it was probably something like Spelunky and you had a gun with you.

Let me preface by saying I've never run a business and have never been a content creator. These are just my thoughts as a (former) consumer.
One of many things that baffles me about them is how they run this channel. Despite the obvious decline in views, they clearly still have fans. But they also have more competition than they used to. I feel like they think they can continue to coast on their former major popularity but I don't know how much longer that will last. This is your job. This is your business. Act like it.
There are so many things they could've done to try to maintain the momentum they had before the kids. Starting with keeping the kids off the channel or at the very least never showing their faces. They could've done actual helpful content for families about how to navigate the parks with small children (still without showing the kids). They probably should've stopped home vlogs or moved them to a separate channel (they were never as popular as the park or travel content - even back then). Hired an actual editor. Poll fans on what they want to see (and actually do those things). Actually go on a variety of trips in and outside of Florida. But they just do whatever they feel like as though this isn't their livelihood.
If this was my channel that I'd been running for over a decade with now lower engagement/view counts that no where near match my follower count, I'd be hiring some sort of consultant or legit social media manager (not whoever this girl is they have) to sit down with me and take a very in depth look at everything and advise me on how to best keep this thing going. But they would never do that because that would make too much sense and I don't think they could take the constructive criticism.
So long as they insist on doing this (which can't be much longer - they're not getting any younger and they are visibly in worse shape than they used to be), you'd think they'd be making informed and smarter decisions about their content but again, that would make too much sense.

Hey guys just curious I’ve been struggling with inflammation on my gential region since November 11th. I recently got in with a dermatologist who did a bacterial swab that came back with mrsa and serratia marscensus . The thing is every post I see has a pimple or wound of some sort, I only have some redness and inflammation on the head, is it possible I’m only colonized with serratia and not infected? And that my bacterial infection is due to the other bacteria or is the fact I not have a wound irrelevant and still possible as my source of redness and inflammation
