Iâm looking into starting semaglutide, but after some research I still have some questions.
- Can you lose weight without adding more exercise? To be clear, I live on a farm. I do physical labor daily, but Iâm not out running miles and I donât really care to.
- Do you have be on it forever? Iâm a short female. Iâd like to lose ~30lbs. Iâve done this before by cutting calories to around 1200 but it was difficult to maintain long term.

Det gĂžr mig ked af det. Det gĂžr sindssyg ondt at tĂŠnke pĂ„ at da jeg var lille og pĂ„ ca samme alder som min datter og min far var ung. Nu er jeg i 30âerne og min datter er 4, hvor jeg er far men samtidig ved jeg ogsĂ„ jeg nok mister min far snart, da hans brĂždre, der er lidt ĂŠldre end ham er dĂžde. Jeg prÞver at leve i nuet og vÊre med min familie sÄ vidt sÄ muligt, men jeg fÞler aldrig det er nok. Nok fordi arbejdet ogsÄ fylder en del og mangel pÄ energi efter arbejde kan vÊre hÄrdt.
Jeg har aldrig sÄdan rigtig snakket med nogen om det. Nogle gange nÄr jeg fortÊller dette til min bedre halvdel, sÄ kan hun ikke forholde sig til det og synes det er lidt mÊrkeligt jeg tÊnker sÄ meget pÄ tiden, mit barndom, mine forÊldre blive Êldre og nok skal forlade denne verden snart. De fÞlelser har nok altid vÊret stÊrkere hos mig end mine sÞskende og familie, men det kan ogsÄ vÊre noget jeg selv tror. Hay im making a system (i call it for now blood &heart) .. which is about playing what at best i can describe "rogueish fantasy"(cowboy beebop, black lagoon, extra) pretty much being a group of highly competent tragic characters down on there luck and cash doing of jobs.
The campaign structure its self is built around more "episodic" which are connected by the characters arcs and relationships .
Non of it matter right now but i write it for the background ( also i write it as a hobbie.. probably will never sell it for money)
What im asking about is my basic task resolution.
Besicly. Its a 2 step dice pool system
You roll a dice from one of your 6 approaches
Ans you roll a dice from one of yours 6 motivations
Every dice can range between d6-d12. Every 2 points above a 4 is a success (so 5-6 is 1, 7-8 is 2, 9-10 is 3 and 11-12 is 4)
(If you have more then 2 dice in the pool you just take the 2 highest scored )
When you roll you should annocened what is the main obj of the task. Then the dm(and players even) should decied on:
The difficulty of the task(how many success its needs to be able to pass through), If its has a clock(your regular bitd clock) and a list of complications that can happen through the action (and sence complications) the players can decide to use succeses to block them .or even the ubgrade its own action.so he could ecomplish extra stuff or make some sort of adv whit his action
The main reason i desgined it like this is my "momentum" mechanic Mainly when a conflict scene starts(the dm announce it) players (ans even some enemies) can start generate "momentum" by doing suirtian (grammer bad) actions. And can use them as extra success (although not 1:1 ratio on suirtian actions)
The main reason for that mechanic is to make players feel like an action hero. They get stronger and cooler thr longer the battle last(but closer to death because harm)
The thing is. The basic action mechanic seems pretty... complicated? On one hand i like its flexibility on the other its will take alot of energy from the dm..but its also work so nicely whit the momentum mechanic
Do you have any advice?

Iâve noticed that many in this sub assume the capital gains tax will be applied as follows:
- Starting capital: 300k
- Capital 1 year later: 350k
- Unrealised gains: 50k
- You withdraw: 40k
- Tax = 40k - 10k (exemption) = 30k * 10% = 3000 EUR
My assumption is that the tax will be just applied on the amount you withdraw, but on the proportional gains relative to that withdrawal.
In that case the calculation looks like this:
- Starting capital: 300k
- Capital 1 year later: 350k
- Unrealised gains: 50k (=14,29% growth)
- Realised gain on a 40k withdrawal: 40k * 14,29% = 7145 EUR
- Apply the exemption: 7145 < 10.000 EUR exemption, so no taxes to be paid in this case (up until your "bucket" for said period (tbc by government) is is "full")
For many, this might be obvious, but I had the impression it wasnât entirely clear to everyone yet! đ

Arietty? It seems like the other girls REALLY donât want to get on her bad side for some reason. Like Kori basically had no response to her saying she should be in the bottom. Plus Lydia was scared to send her home because everyone would hate her.
