(ignore my terrible punctuation) I think mob is better for many reasons

it has an easier easter egg (yeah I know both maps require 4 players for the easter egg but who cares?)
it felt like its own story mob doesn't feel like its connected to any of the zombies Maps but it is
no free points system shadows (and bo3 in general) had some way of getting points without killing zombies but mob had none
it had a better cast
and finally it had a better story, now shadows has a very interesting storyline but I feel like mobs was better due to it feeling like you were really stuck in purgatory.

I'm thinking about running for VP university affairs at my school however I am incredibly nervous and am scared that no one will vote for me. When i was in high school I ran for student government two years in a row but I never got elected however I am extremely passionate about leadership and advocating for social issues and think this would be an amazing opportunity for me. I am a first year nursing student and really want to make a difference at my school but I have such a large mental block and I am an introvert so this would definitely be outside my comfort zone. However, when I am passionate about something I tend to overcome my fears and do it anyway but for some reason I can't beat this mental block. I have until feb 7 to get 25 signatures so any advice would be very helpful! Please be nice though :)

Long time lurker with a question for all of you fine people: I have recently gotten a job in a different city and would like to purchase a condo. The plan right now is to get a rental and hopefully purchase a condo within a year. I have a bit of a nest egg that I am hoping to use for the down payment, but it's all in registered investment accounts (TFSA, RRSP, and HFSA). So, given the aspirtional timeline, should I sell off all of the investments and keep it liquid in a HISA until the purchase? (I'm also a bit worried about today's tariff announcement and how they will affect my portfolio - most of the investments are in VFV, VGRO, XEQT (very redundant haha)
Any suggestions or advise would be greatly appreciate!

I know there’s been debate about whether Harmony Cobel is severed, but after re-watching the shrine scene, I think we might be missing something huge. What if who we saw in that moment wasn’t just Cobel—but Charlotte, her mother who has been trapped inside for years?
The Theory: Harmony and Charlotte Were Ripped Apart - Then Forced Back Together
The shrine, her breakdown after getting fired, and the entire theme of autonomy in Severance all suggest that it wasn’t just Harmony we were seeing in that moment—it was also Charlotte, either as a separate presence within her or partially merged with her. And that firing wasn’t just the loss of a job- it was the loss of the last hope that she could ever reunite with her child. The last hope that they could ever reclaim their own identities, to exist as their own individuals again- able to interact, to hold each other, instead of being trapped in the same body, finally, tragically aware of each other.
In my earlier post, I theorized that Cobel and her mother were early test subjects for severance, but my thought is that instead of the work/life split we know now, early experiments required two people. I think that after experiencing complications during childbirth, Charlotte was taken by Lumon, possibly kept in underground housing, and experimented on. Harmony was raised separately under Lumon’s control, never knowing the full truth about herself.
I think that maybe the Myrtle Eagan School for Girls is/was actually inside the Lumon testing floor, or another restricted part of Lumon. Even if not, she was never meant to be a normal child- her entire life was engineered to keep her unaware of the mother she had been separated from at birth, to indoctrinate her. But at some point, Lumon forcibly merged her mother’s consciousness into her via early versions of the chip. And now, decades later, something is changing: Charlotte is waking up
I’ve refined this theory a lot since my earlier post, and I truly think this could explain what’s actually going on with Cobel’s past.
The Shrine Scene: Proof That Charlotte is "Waking Up"
After thinking more about it, I feel like the shrine scene is the biggest piece of evidence that who we saw in that moment was Charlotte. The scene where she tears it apart happens right after she gets fired, and looking at it again, it doesn’t just feel like someone mourning a job (which I think we all agree on that)- but it feels like someone mourning a child and a life they were never allowed to truly have.
Everything in the shrine supports the idea that Charlotte’s daughter was taken from her at birth and that she had been collecting scraps of Harmony’s life from a distance. The handmade dolls, childhood awards, and school photos feel like a mother’s attempt to hold onto her child in any way she could—maybe the only things she ever got to “see” of Harmony. The hospital bracelet and breathing tube suggest that maybe Charlotte experienced a medical emergency during childbirth, which could explain why Lumon took control of both of them in the first place.
And the fact that she destroys the shrine after getting fired makes it seem like being at Lumon was the only thing allowing her to exist at all- as if she believed there was still a chance not only for her and Harmony to be fully separate again, but for them to regain what was taken from them: their autonomy. If Charlotte was taken from her own life and stripped of her ability to exist independently, maybe she saw Lumon as both the prison and the key- the very thing that separated them, but also the only thing that could give them back what they lost. Without Lumon, there is no path forward, no way for them to be together again in a real way. So when she’s fired, that hope is gone.
That moment feels like grief, not just frustration. If Charlotte had been trapped inside Harmony’s body for years, getting fired might mean she is losing the last thread of control she had—the last hope that she could ever reclaim her own body, her own autonomy, her own life. And what makes this even more disturbing is the implication that in order to be together again, they would have had to take another person’s body to achieve it. Maybe they were willing to do whatever it took, because when you’ve been denied your child, your identity, your own existence for decades—what wouldn’t you do to get it back?
I really think this makes the theory stronger. If Ms. Cobel was just an unsevered individual who also happened to be under Lumon’s control in other ways her whole life, then the shrine scene could still represent a deep longing for something she was never allowed to fully have. But if it was Charlotte- or Charlotte and Harmony together- if they were both denied access to each other, never allowed to truly connect, and then forced into a single existence under Lumon’s control, with Charlotte eventually suppressed inside her daughter’s body, only now becoming fully aware? That’s exactly the kind of horror Severance is built on.
If this is true, then Severance isn’t just about work/life separation (which is another point I think most fans agree on)- it’s about stealing and rewriting entire lives. And Cobel isn’t just a devoted Lumon employee- she’s one of their biggest victims.
What do you think? Does the shrine scene feel like a mother mourning the loss of a child to you? If the severance chip wasn’t fully developed back then- if early experiments required two people to do what can now be done with just one- then what exactly did Lumon do to Harmony and Charlotte? And how far have their experiments really gone?
