 | Any idea what this could be? Just found this small rubber piece at the bottom of my gas tank while changing the gas over. Its solid and does not have holes on either side. My bike is a 19' slim and has been in for service and repairs several times so could be some shop junk that just fell in but I wouldn't think they would just have my tank sitting open for no reason. EE, 3 years experience - what pivots have you guys made out of consultancy/design?
Considering completely leaving to become a high school math/physics teacher instead. I'm good at supporting and caring for others - counselling, teaching or similar would be an ideal profession for me but I chose the wrong degree. and unfortunately these jobs pay terribly. So what pivots have you made out of engineering without doing more qualifications?
P.S Disliked MEP because I hated the pressure, office politics, repetitive projects and realised it's not even a stable job because several of my colleagues just got made redundant over the past year. Also don't love how little I get paid for the amount of overtime that is expected.
If y'all do Myers Briggs at all I'm an INFJ - so engineering is listed as the worse job for my personality lol.

I bought a computer and Microsoft Office in 2020, at the time I had the option to buy a subscription or a one-time purchase. I chose the one time purchase, I remember it being limited in some way, either limited to one computer or did not have certain features.
I think it was called Home 360, not sure. I am pretty sure it was digital and I had to type in a code, but I also logged into my account.
I just got a mac computer and thought installing office would be as simple as logging in and installing. Well when I tried to install it is said that no license was found!
I thought signing in was enough. My account only shows the old subscriotion I bought that expired in 2020, but not the one that I purchased in 2020.
Is this a hopeless sitaution for me? I bought that version so I would never have to subscribe, I specifically bought the one time purchase so it was one and done!
Does anyone know the name of the version of office that I purchases? Does anyone know how I can fix this?

I’m feeling stuck and could use some advice or ideas. I’ve spent the last 20 years working in cannabis cultivation, and it’s been my life. I’ve loved being a part of this industry but after back-to-back surgeries, my body isn’t what it used to be, and finding work has been tough.
I’ve always been hands-on, working long hours on my feet, and I never imagined I’d be in a position where I couldn’t do what I know best. The injuries have limited my physical capacity, and while I’m healing, I know I need to pivot. Unfortunately, finding a new role within the cannabis industry—or anywhere else—has been a challenge.
So, I’m here looking for ideas while recovering and rebuilding my strength. I have decades of experience in cultivation, project management, and problem-solving, but I need something less physically demanding.
If anyone has transitioned out of physical labor into something less demanding, or has tips for leveraging niche experience into a remote or side hustle gig, I’d love to hear your suggestions.

I am wanting to release this design for others to print their own covers for their collections. I went back and fixed some issues and extended the border for bleed. Since it's intended to be printed, I want something that is the highest quality--even proof quality if I can. But I also know that this is online, so I don't want to put it in a file size that other's can't use.
