2025.02.01 22:45 TJTrapJesus Matching names in Columns A and C, while still keeping the values for Columns B and D
I have 4 columns where I'm looking to match up the names in columns A and C, while still keeping the values for columns B and D. My issue is that there are significantly more names and corresponding values in Columns A and B than there are in Columns C and D so I can't simply sort by name and have them line up.
Right now it looks like this as an example:
Column A - Column B - Column C - Column D
Aaron Broten - 34 - Aaron Broten - 2 Ben Jones - 5 - Carl Smith - 4 Carl Smith - 64 - [NAME THAT WILL APPEAR LATER] - 5
What I'm trying to get it to look like is this:
Column A - Column B - Column C - Column D
Aaron Broten - 34 - Aaron Broten - 2 Carl Smith - 64 - Carl Smith - 4
OR
Column A - Column B - Column C
Aaron Broten - 34 - 2 Carl Smith - 64 - 4
What happens to Ben Jones doesn't concern me, as basically the only data I care about is for names that appear in both Columns A and Column C. If Ben Jones gets sorted to the bottom with blank values in columns C and D beside, that is completely fine.

2025.02.01 22:45 benedtim Flux Fill Diffuser Review 2025: Is It Worth It?
I recently tried a Flux Fill diffuser, and it’s been an interesting experience. The design is sleek and modern, and the setup was easy. What stood out the most is how evenly it disperses the scent, making the fragrance feel balanced throughout the room. I used a citrus-based oil, and it kept my space feeling fresh without being too strong. The refill process is simple, and the diffuser doesn’t leave any residue or weird after-smells, which is a big plus. The downside is that it’s a bit pricey compared to standard diffusers, and the scent strength can feel lighter than expected, especially in larger rooms. Also, the availability of refills can be hit or miss depending on where you buy. But overall, it’s a great option if you want something stylish and hassle-free. I’d rate it 8/10. Has anyone else used a Flux Fill diffuser? Do you think it’s worth the price, or do you prefer a different brand? Let’s talk!

2025.02.01 22:45 StraightEye4801 Resist Trump
The time for politeness and measured language is over. The world is hurtling toward disaster, and at the epicenter of this chaos is Donald Trump. A man who thrives on lies, division, and destruction now holds one of the most powerful positions on the planet. And for what? Power. Ego. Greed. His actions and the complicity of his enablers are dragging not only America but the entire world into a dangerous abyss.
Let me be clear: Trump’s rise is not about leadership; it is about domination. His vision is not one of hope or progress—it is one of regression, hate, and autocracy. And to his supporters—especially those in his administration, those with the power to stop him—you know this. Deep down, you know he is a disaster, a threat, a fraud. And yet, you say nothing. You do nothing. You stand by, clinging to power like spineless cowards, as the world burns.
To His Administration and Inner Circle: You Are History’s Weakest Figures
History will not remember you as leaders or patriots. It will not remember you as brave reformers or defenders of freedom. It will remember you as weak, as cowards, as the spineless enablers of a tyrant. You are no better than the sycophants who propped up history’s worst dictators—those who looked the other way, those who justified atrocity after atrocity, those who convinced themselves that loyalty to power was more important than doing what was right.
You are nothing but followers. Not leaders, not visionaries, not thinkers. Followers. Blind, groveling, desperate for scraps of power and validation from a man who cares for nothing but himself. You have sold your souls for positions of influence, for a paycheck, or for the fleeting thrill of standing close to power.
You defend his lies. You amplify his rhetoric. You implement his cruel policies. All while knowing—knowing—that this man is unfit for office, that he is dangerous, that he will bring ruin.
To His Supporters: What Are You Supporting?
To the millions of Americans who cheer for Trump, who plaster his name on their cars and wear his hat like a badge of honor: what exactly are you supporting? Do you even know? You chant his slogans, you parrot his words, but do you ever stop and ask yourself why? Why do you follow a man who lies to you, who mocks you, who has done nothing to make your life better? You cheer when he attacks immigrants. You laugh when he mocks the disabled. You defend his every lie as “fake news,” even when the truth is staring you in the face. What does that say about you? Are you so blinded by hatred, so consumed by fear, that you’re willing to follow a man who embodies everything that is wrong with this world?
You claim to love America, yet you support a man who has done nothing but tear it apart. You claim to stand for freedom, yet you cheer for a man who admires dictators. You claim to be patriots, yet you enable someone who undermines democracy at every turn. Is this the legacy you want to leave for your children?
The Hitler Parallel Is Not an Exaggeration
I know some of you will roll your eyes at this comparison, but let me say it: Donald Trump is the closest thing to Adolf Hitler the modern world has seen. His tactics—lies, scapegoating, propaganda, and a cult of personality—are ripped straight from the fascist playbook.
Hitler didn’t seize power overnight. He rose to power because people like you allowed it. He rose because millions of ordinary citizens, just like Trump’s supporters today, looked the other way, made excuses, and convinced themselves that it wasn’t “that bad.” He rose because weak men and women in positions of power—just like Trump’s administration—were too cowardly to stand up to him.
And the result? Genocide. War. Global suffering on a scale the world had never seen. Are you so naive, so blind, that you think it can’t happen again?
To Those in Power: You Have Failed Us All
To every senator, governor, representative, judge, and official who has stood by Trump, defended him, or enabled his actions: you have failed. You have failed the American people, you have failed the global community, and you have failed the principles of democracy and justice. You could have stopped this. You could have spoken out. You could have refused to play along. But you didn’t. You were too afraid of losing power, of losing your next election, of losing favor with Trump’s base. You chose self-preservation over principle, and for that, history will condemn you. You have no spine. You are not leaders. You are followers—losers who thrive on power, just like the enablers of every dictator who has ever destroyed a nation. You have no moral courage, no integrity, no vision for the future.
A Call to Action: Resist Trumpism
The world is at a crossroads. Donald Trump’s re-election is not just an American problem—it is a global crisis. His authoritarianism, his disdain for the rule of law, his reckless foreign policy, his hate-fueled rhetoric—they threaten us all. To those who still have a conscience: speak out. Act. Resist. Stand up for what is right, even if it costs you something. Silence is complicity. Inaction is betrayal. To the global community: hold America accountable. Do not stand idly by as Trump dismantles democracy and destabilizes the world. The price of appeasement is far too high.
This is not hyperbole. This is not fearmongering. This is reality. Donald Trump is the most dangerous man in the world today, and those who support him are helping him drag us all into darkness.

2025.02.01 22:45 CRCsurvivor2007 Interview Question - What were they looking for?
I recently had a job interview. It was pretty relaxed, and I feel ok about it. The last question has me baffled. I'm wondering if anyone has any insight on what they were looking for in my answer.
The question: Your elderly neighbor loves BLT sandwiches. You decide to grow some tomatoes for her sandwiches. You don't know a thing about growing tomatoes. How will you go about learning?
My answer: We are lucky that we have so many available resources, one being Google and Reddit. I would look on Google and Reddit for an answer. Also, my other neighbor grows tomatoes and I know they are delicious because he shares with us. I would ask him for tips on how to grow tomatoes.
Follow up question: How will you let your neighbor know you grew her some tomatoes?
My answer: I would go tell her I grew her some tomatoes so she no longer has to buy any at the store.
I'm guessing this is one of those "no right or wrong answer" questions, but I'm so curious what an interviewer would be looking for in my answer.

2025.02.01 22:45 Prezzy_does_stuff Fossil identification
I am new to fossil hunting and decided to search an old abandoned salt mine quarry near me. I found what I believe to be a small fish fossil and what appears to be some kind of tooth. My first question is, are these really fossils? If so I am looking for help in identifying them or their age. Everything was found together on the same chunk of sedimentary rock, so I am hopeful that these are genuine. The fossils were found in south western illinois about 20 minutes from St.Louis Missouri. submitted by Prezzy_does_stuff to fossils [link] [comments] |

Grrr, kinda annoying
Tough thing is, I’m tapering benzos at the same time and quitting both of these things is a real fuckery. Got scared of seizures as my weekly supply was running low and thought I’d rather be safe than sorry.
Still higher than my last streak of 7 days though.
Just venting, I’ll be back on the wagon tomorrow or when my script gets refilled on Tuesday.
Stay strong guys 👍
