Hi, Is this sensible plan. To avoid visiting in datacenter, is there sense to create nodes for "standby" if one node goes down?
So if I hve 3 node proxmox cluster with 3 node ceph cluster in it. All same hardware. What if I have there 1-2 similar servers turned off, and if one production goes down would just add a new one in the cluster and forget the down one (if it has PSU or some critical reason to be down). I know I can purchase remotehands, I know its expensive to keep one server cold. But is it possible to fix the situation by adding a clean but hardware wise similar server in the cluster to get it again running as 3 node?

I’ve been reading the posts and linked articles, but most of it goes over my head. I understand that compounding was allowed due to the shortage and that the shortage was declared over. What I’m not sure about is what the current status is and what to expect in the next few weeks.
Mochi Health (who I got through) is telling customers that they’ll carry on selling since their dosages are difference and so is their formula (mixed with vitamin B3). But other sources say that this isn’t enough.
Im so confused and don’t know what to expect.

2025.02.02 00:49 BookkeeperOk9677 I feel like I'm being gaslit into thinking the Hulu run is bad.
So what happens is, I watch the episode and I like it. Then I go online, see everybody hating on it, nitpicking every detail, and tearing everything apart. I get depressed, start to believe these things, and then months later I watch it again and like it even more than the first time. But then the internet people keep telling me it's garbage and not funny, and say it ruins the original show. I mean, I LOVE the new seasons. There are only two episodes I flat-out don't like out of 20.
And am I the only one that DOESN'T care about topical episodes? I mean, yeah, they might be topical right now or slightly outdated, but 10-20 years from now they will just be Futurama episodes, and the topicality won't matter. Just like how a lot of Fox episodes were topical, but people don't realize that if they watch them for the first time today. It sort of becomes just a regular Futurama episode. And the stuff people complain about is trivial.
- Crypto? It was creatively used to have a Wild West episode.
- Amazon? I mean, is that even topical? Amazon has been a mainstay in our lives for decades. It also just makes sense for the Futurama world to have it—they actually did similar stuff in the past.
- Cancel Culture? I mean, it was hardly the same cancel culture we see in our world. Zapp just did something highly inappropriate, and he literally was only suspended and forced to attend sensitivity training. They just called it being canceled.
- NFTs? Yeah, the first three minutes can be grating and cringe-inducing, but it was literally a setup for Bender going to Mexxxico to learn more about his heritage. And the other half was a fun museum heist that just so happened to be about heisting an NFT, but you could easily swap it out with anything else, and it's just a fun heist.
- Squid Game? That's not even topical; it's just a parody. They did a Titanic parody like three years after the movie came out, and that was actually WAY more on the nose than this was a Squid Game episode.
- AI Chatbot? People say it's topical, but do you really think these will ever truly go away? They're going to become another mainstay in our lives. Also, it was a Leela character study that focused on her insecurity about not having any female friends, and I think it was one of the better Leela episodes—really well written.
- Beanie Babies? I'm actually shocked people keep saying this is an outdated topical episode. It doesn't feel topical at all. It feels like people just want to complain about everything when any little thing reminds them of their life.

I know Zara has a pretty fast turnover with their collections, but I’m wondering how long they usually keep new items available before they sell out or get rotated out. Do they tend to restock popular pieces, or is it more of a ‘once it’s gone, it’s gone’ situation?
This week they introduced a jacket that I really like, so I was just wondering—if I wait a few months, maybe until the summer sales, is there a chance it’ll still be in stock?

I accidentally stumbled upon a village family event during a trip to Eastern Europe. It wasn't planned-I just happened to be there, spent the whole day with them, and ended up filming everything on my iPhone 14 Plus. No external mic, no professional gear, just my phone. I've got around 10 hours of raw footage, and honestly, the content is incredible. The family, the event, the rawness-it's really promising stuff. Now I'm wondering: can I turn this into a compelling documentary that reputable film festivals would take seriously? The only audio I have is from the phone. Is it possible to clean it up with software? More importantly, does the fact that it's shot on a phone matter if the content is strong enough? Would love to hear thoughts from anyone with experience in this space. Thanks.

So I’ve met a guy that I’m interested in potentially being in a relationship with but there are small things I am worried about. First, we were discussing some sexual topics (we haven’t been intimate yet) and I brought up that due to dysphoria, I prefer to keep my binder on during sex and have my chest be off limits until after top surgery. He basically told me “I have to get over that” because he really into have access of all of his partner’s body.
Second, I also have a history of SA (including some recent stuff) so I’ve told him I’m not ready but it seems like there’s a slight issue with that. He’s a cis queer man so there’s some cultural hypersexuality there. Also he says that I shouldn’t punish him for things that have happened in my past.
I don’t feel like I’m punishing him. I just want to be able to mentally enjoy myself. Between dysphoria and SA, sex is really complicated for me.
For context, I’ve only known him for a couple weeks
Am I just not seeing his perspective? Am I broken?

So um I had a wet dream about me and my empath friend.. her and I both woke up with a O... So I want to proceed to ask she isn't the type to ask if I'm doing stuff to myself but is it possible she could?
