I'm in Sand Springs and work out at Planet Fitness. I'm new to the gym and recovering from some pretty severe back injuries. I'm also Trans and fat so I'm intimidated by other gyms that don't feel safe.

I was hoping someone could answer a couple of questions for me. At the beginning of the universe space inflated much faster than light from what I’ve read. I was under the impression that nothing can travel faster than light. Also, did ‘our’ space inflate into some pre-existing space or medium or did it produce itself ie nothing existed until space inflated. Also, can anyone explain the warping of space time by mass? In that I mean in order to bend space it must have a fabric right? It’s not ‘nothing’. This may not be the correct sub-group but I was hoping someone could explain these to me.

2025.02.02 00:51 mypersonalworstenemy I think that learning on this $90 espresso machine I got for christmas is both a good way to do it, and fun! (I wish this machine pain)
Got a little chefman for Christmas, their cheapest one.
I've been learning how to use it and make espresso since. I've noticed a lot of posts, and forums seem to have an understood narrative that these cheaper machines are not a good way to get a good espresso even remotely frequently.
And, especially after using this one, I fully agree. When someone says you're simply gonna have to spend some money to get a consistent good shot, they're very right. I don't think if god blessed this thing themselves it could consistently make a decent espresso. It really sucks.
But I think that's kinda what makes it great, no? It's super frustrating. I'm sometimes just tossing shots, mad at this little machine. I hate it. I want to harm it. Everytime it starts growling I am just expecting it to fart out the nastiest black liquid one could imagine. But I'm the type of person that can't take an L
So.. I change some settings on this little grinder thing I bought. Maybe change the dose.. and SOMETIMES, it tastes daggon good. Sometimes, I get all the stars to align, and it pours with the right pressure or whatever (you can't really control that on this one), and it tastes so good. So strong. Proper.
I guess my point is, to make this thing work, you kinda HAVE to know how to make an espresso, so it forces you to learn, you know? In fact imma say it, this things the dark souls of espresso. I hate it so much and I love it. It's certainly a good starter machine imo. If I can make this thing work out every now and again, (and I am somehow getting more consistently drinkable liquid out of it) then I cannot wait to upgrade. Maybe income tax!

 | This is just my main personal account. I'd advise to check yours now too. Log into your account on a computer. Go to my account. Click security and go to "see your sign-in activity". More than likely it will look like mine as I've checked 2 of my other accounts and my girlfriends too and there's many login attempts. My suggestion go to "additional security options" -Turn on "Email me a code" Enable "Receive alerts" -Turn on "Text me a code" Enable "Receive alerts" -Enable "Send sign-in notification" Go to "Additional Security" -Turn on "Two-step verification" From the app store on your mobile install "Microsoft Authenticator app" Sign into your email Follow on screen instructions on the pc -Turn on "Passwordless account" This removes all passwords linked to your account and requires you to use the authenticator app to sign in. You might think it sounds crazy but trust me it's the safest option as it's the only way to access your email with a one time password or match the number from the phone to the device you're trying to sign into. I'd also advise to do this with your Gmail accounts. There is a Google authenticator app and it pretty much runs the same way. On both authenticator apps you can add multiple accounts. What has me asking, however, is how they keep denying submitted crossovers without an actual explanation, and the fact that the news on the english version of their site hasn't updated since 2016, while there are updates from 2022 on the russian version.
