Tw: talk of calories and body image
Today I was on FTM FITNESS trying to figure out some advice to get lean. And when I mean lean I’m actually talking LEAN. Like an aesthetically pleasing man with not a whole lot of body fat. I know I’m pre-t, but I still want to get as close to that as possible. I want to fill my frame with muscle , not fat. I genuinely feel like going all the way up to 1800 calories would do nothing but make me fat unless I worked out insanely which I don’t have the time or resources to do being I have school, a job, and no gym with very very little equipment at my house.
I have been eating at such a low level of calories for so long that my body is just holding onto the fat as much as it can. I want it gone. Specifically on my stomach. At this point, I just want the fat on my stomach gone, but everybody’s telling me I have to be in a caloric surplus and that I’ll gain fat. But literally what’s the point then? My stomach is fat as all hell so the muscles literally wouldn’t show through if I’m not losing fat and just gaining it instead. I’m so lost and I just wanna have a nice looking body. I’m tempted to just say screw it all and dig deep into cardio and keep at my 1200 calorie diet. I JUST WANT TO BE LEAN AND GOOD LOOKING!!!! I’m so frustrated. I’ve been dealing with this struggle for years. I feel like I will never be good looking. pls just give me some abs or something.

Where I spend most of my time. Mostly use the UMC into the macbook out to the mixing board/PA which is out of frame on top of the speaker to the left. Have the guitar running out in stereo from the delay pedal each signal going to a separate input on the UMC which has a ping pong effect built in so the delay can bounce around the room. That also lets me run my guitar signal into two different channels so I can play through two "amps" at once through garageband/amplitube plugins. Sounds amazing.

Went to test drive the truck this morning and it’s amazingly easy to drive for something that size. The steer by wire is my favorite feature hands down and I’m surprised Juniper doesn’t have it. In the end I hope we see the entire lineup move to 48v, steer by wire, and etherloop.
My girlfriend now wants one but I talked her into waiting for price to go down and battery to increase.

I am Canadian, so why am i glad trump is taxing our stuff more? Because Trump is trying to force my government to do what it should by default but isnt. Secure our southern border and stop the illegals, Stop the drugs which are out of control, causing very serious crisis and killing Canadians indiscriminately and build our economy to be more than just a branchplant, reliant the states.

im using arch with kde
I've tried various solutions I found online such as disabling the touchpad with scripts with udev rules or a Xorg conf file ive tried using steam-input to map the touchpad and ive disabled the touchpad in kde settings none of these solutions have worked so if anyone has a solution that will work please help

I haven't played for ages now that I'm thinking about it. But I miss the dungeons, I miss the gambit, I miss the occasional pvp.  | So I’m finally doing a deep clean on the rifle I’ve had since 16. In taking the wood off I’m impressed that the metal is as good of shape as it is. It’s looking nice with little to no rust at all. Back to the main point, Unfortunately, when they did the re-build in 1950 they must have forgotten the stock. yes, some of it was due to me over the years. But largely that’s what it looked like when I first got it. Would it be worth getting the stock cleaned up and refurbished.  | My pothos n’joy has a couple of leaves turning yellow and I’m not sure why. I only water once I can see signs (going limp) or the soil is getting fairly dry using a wooden skewer to determine the moisture level. It sits under a grow light and is in an area with ample air flow so it doesn’t stay wet for long. The yellow leaves do not feel much different than any other leaf on the plant I got it about two months ago and it has been thriving, but I noticed this and got worried. I've been tossed into this long ass thread of people claiming Alan Ritchson would be a great pick for Midnighter. The only thing I said was that there are literally hundreds of picks for actors that are far more qualified and just so happen to also belong to the QueeGay community. I never stated that they should get priority in casting BECAUSE they are gay, simply that they were more qualified and better represented the roles they could portray. I was then verbally accosted and was told that I am nothing more than a cis-gender whitey that's virtue signaling. Coming from people that claim to be from the community that I said should be represented on screen. I then stated that one individual for that community should not speak for the majority. Just because you belong to a certain sect of the LGBTQ+, doesn't mean you speak for the majority. It's the same issue with colorism in Hollywood. If Storm was casted as a light skin actress, and a handful of people on Twitter that belong to said community claimed they were fine with it, should that mean the entirety of the black community should just accept it? It's a rabbit hole narrative that only gets worse the longer we look at it. I don't mind if this is deleted or downvoted to hell. My point is that one doesn't speak for all. Just because you think hiring Gay/Queer actors to play Gay/Queer characters is pandering, doesn't mean the majority believes that as well.
