 | I had this image taken a little more than a year ago after I had a sudden sharp back pain on the left of my lower back throwing hooks on a heavy bag during boxing. I still box today and it doesn't hurt while boxing, only when I kind of lean to either side while keeping my legs straight standing up. They told me it may be a pars defect and I should get an MRI. It doesn't bother me too much through life and wanted to see if anyone could give me an input on what it is. Hi, 19M here, I understand im relatively young to get rectal prolapses compared to everyone here.
For like 2 years I have had this rectal prolapse thing and k didn’t understand what it was up until today, where a long nerve from my butthole to across my testicles appeared, like a snake (super long vein).
Ever since then, whenever id resist my peeing and stop peeing abruptly, I start getting sharp with pelvic pain not by the anus but just here the buttcheeks are.
I thought this was normal but apparently it’s not, and I measured its size which I think is around 3-4cm long or so, basically a grade 3-4 rectal prolapse, and I came here for some advice.
My doctors appointment is in February 18th, so 2 weeks from now, but im not sure if I can wait any longer. I’m getting slight sharp pain every now and then when I sit down or stand still for long periods (pain above buttcheeks; pelvic pain) and I bought some hydrocortisone 0.5% aloe cream to aid this.
Is this an emergency? Whenever my poop is constipated i don’t really feel pain until only after, where it lingers for like a whole minute.
I’m thinking of going tomorrow so im gonna sleep but I don’t know which position is best for sleeping. Sleeping sideways is good right? And what exercises should I do during this time, I haven’t done any exercises AT ALL and to be honest with you I haven’t been eating lots of fiber so im basically setting myself up.
