So I'm not talking about switching drugs altogether or alternating between them. Basically has anyone been on fin long term, maybe it stopped working or worked less effectively after a while, then added dut once or twice a week in addition to daily fin? Did it work for you? Did it make things worse? No change?

been in my trade for almost a decade and have done the majority of my learning through hard knocks. lately ive been surpassing older guys around me in terms of speed and precision but will still ask opinions as i like the interaction.
I dont want to be reclusive and weird and respect is something i value highly both ways. just dont feel i should be taking orders from people who are slower and or make more mistakes.
i think the main issue is im still viewed as somewhat of a kid. my broad experience in multiple skill sets coupled with the extensive “book” learning ive been doing in many avenues has me feeling like anything but.
i want to somehow bridge the gap between being viewed as inferior due to my age faster than itll take me to reach 40.
thoughts?

Hello! Need advice please. Went to a dealership earlier and saw a used BMW G310R. It was used in MSF courses. Base price is $4K. I’m also looking at a new Yamaha MT-03, Base price $5,500 (plus fees). I plan on using it for my daily commute. Approximately 100 miles in total to and from. Wanted to see which one would be the better option. I’m a new rider and have been lurking on motorcycle subs for a while now. Once I get my license I’ll probably buy a bike at once but wanted to know which one is worth it. TIA!

Random thoughts question. Which draft classes did the most for the Packers or had the most notable players?
Went down a weird rabbit hole and found the 1958 draft. There ended up being 7 hall of famers in the full class, three are Packers players (Jim Taylor, Ray Nitschke, and Jerry Kramer) and then Dan Currie who was arguably better at MLB than Ray to start their careers having been named to first team all pros in 1961 and 1963. Ray didn’t get one until 1964

2025.02.02 02:52 Visible-World7098 Recommended scales/licks to practice for better soloing/leads?
I've been playing metal/shred guitar for a little over a year now, and while I've progressed quite a bit, I've been having trouble with a few things.
One is spicing up my solos/leads. While the minor pentatonic is good, I don't wanna rely on just adding extra notes to it. I want to have new ideas flow and different scales/licks to rely on, especially when thinking of something quickly.
The second is my attack. I have very big hands and heavy touch, and even though I like a pinch harmonic every now and then, I don't want it to dominate my sound. I'm looking for better regulation.
Any help/tips would be greatly appreciated!

Is it always considered transference when you deeply appreciate and care about your therapist, even while fully understanding the limitations of the relationship? I recognize that the boundaries in place are what allow me to see the best version of my therapist, and I even appreciate them for that. For many, including myself, a therapist may be the first person who hasn’t judged or walked away. When you see someone weekly for months or years and share your deepest thoughts with them, isn’t it natural to form some level of attachment and gratitude for their role in your life?

Hey all! After being out for 5 years I finally got around to putting in for disability. I put in for hearing loss and tinnitus back on Oct. 12th. I have an audiology C&P on Tuesday, Feb. 4th.
I didn’t initially add my migraines, which I believe are due to my tinnitus at the time of my claim. I have 12 months of migraine logs that I plan to bring with me to my audiology appointment as well as a buddy letter from my now retired platoon leader at the time, supporting both the tinnitus and migraines.
I’ve heard it’s possible on these subreddits that the audiologist can “add” the migraines into my claim if it’s brought up during my appointment. 11B and Stryker driver- do we think there should be any issue in getting the tinnitus approved? I feel like I always do well on the hearing exams which makes no sense because I’m constantly being told that I can’t hear shit LOL.
And what should I expect as to a timeline of a decision after the appointment? We are in the middle of putting an offer on a home and I’m REALLY hopeful that the decision will be made prior to close and we don’t have to pay the VA funding fee.

Hi there, Let me start out by saying I've been working my primary vet and am still doing so, but I'm looking for some creative thinking to help with this one.
I have three cats: Luna, Nyx and Artemis. Luna was the first to get diarrhea but as she has confirmed IBD, we just upped her meds at first. But then Nyx got diarrhea 3 days later and Artemis 1 day after that. All girls got 7 days of Metronidazole. No diarrhea after Day 1 Hour 12. I cleaned all litter boxes with a vet level antiviral/fungal/bacterial agent that was so string it removed layers of my skin on day 5 of no diarrhea.
On day 8, 1st day off meds, Luna and Artemis immediately developed softened stool (not full out diarrhea) but Nyx was fine. My vet had us do a 2nd week of Metronidazole for Artemis and Luna. We finished that 3 days ago...their stool is looking good still. BUT...Nyx just redeveloped full diarrhea again. My vet is closed tomorrow but I'm sure I'll get more meds for her Monday. She chugs water so dehydration isn't a concern. My question is: what am I overlooking that is allowing this obviously very contagious bug to be passed back and forth?
All are fully immunized, purely inside cats, no inside/outside pets in the house and I'm the only other person with them so outside contamination is unlikely. Multiple fecal tests were done for parasites and all tests came back, both the standard and the more expensive. How do I stop this from cycling through them...it's not fun for them or me!! My best guess is that I should have done a 2nd clean because of the softened stool on day 8. I scooped it seconds after the poo was gifted 😅😂 to the box and thought it was fine, but I'm guessing the bug is just so contagious that was enough to reinvest Nyx who wasn't on meds anymore...but timeline doesn't seem right. Most stomach bugs hit 24-72 hours after contamination, I thought, and she JUST got diarrhea again and this would be day 15. Is there something else I should be cleaning or even throwing away? If I didn't have expensive automatic boxes, I'd honestly just toss everything and start over at this point 😫😫😫
Food bowls are washed daily and water bowls are washed every 3rd day. There are 3 water bowls and I use dental addictive, so I clean and refill one each day. There is ALWAYS a fresh bowl, so please no panicking over the every 3 days...I just don't want to waste the dental additives! I also do them early if a kitkat decided to drop toys or food in the bowl.
Sorry for the long post, but I appreciate any advice anyone has.
