C.AI's policy is that accounts are deleted after being inactive for a certain amout of time.
So it may not be the creators themselves who are deleting the bots, but rather C.AI after the creator has become inactive.
General Practices Regarding Use and Storage. You acknowledge that Character.AI may establish general practices and limits concerning use of the Services. These may include, without limitation, the maximum period of time that data or other content will be retained by the Services and the maximum storage space that will be allotted on Character.AI’s servers on your behalf. You agree that Character.AI has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any data or other content maintained or uploaded to the Services. You acknowledge that Character.AI reserves the right to terminate accounts that are inactive for an extended period of time. You further acknowledge that Character.AI reserves the right to change these general practices and limits at any time, in its sole discretion, with or without notice.Let's also not forget that C.AI is problematic at its core and the accounts may have been accidentally deleted.
That, or the creator was doing something problematic on the platform and had their account deleted as a consequence.

Eu estou mestrando uma campanha para meus amigos e entre umas coisas e outras eles acharam um documento na investigação que eu acabei transformando em um docs e mandei no pv deles. Nesse arquivo tem uma especie de enigmazinho que manda eles para um site. Dentro desse site, cada aba é outro enigma que eles também precisam resolver para achar as outras senhas. No fim de tudo, eles vão encontrar um link de drive e vão receber um arquivo de jogo. Nesse jogo vai contar uma mini história do passado de uma npc importante que eles sabem pouquissima coisa, por isso eu fiz tudo isso.
