Everybody has heard somebody, a millennial or older, say today's music is bad. There are aspects that are, I won't deny. But it's more the music that is being popularized then the music itself. The thing bigger artists then before, limiting the amount of songs to really choose from. People are choosing chart topping songs only, because that is what streaming services reccomend an play for you. Plus, with all songs being bundled, people have no reasons to go with the cheaper, smaller artist. This lack or spread also makes it so one big genre only is what comes out on top. Just a conglomerate of what is popular. This theme also makes everything, the biggest point, unoriginal. There is still good music out there, but it is being overshadowed by what streaming services reccomend. There is nothing that makes even the popular songs are bad in any way. It is just that they rarely stand out, which is what made old songs great, their difference.

Hello, I’ve tried many sleep meds over the years. I’ve been on ambien for 2 years now. The past few months I’ve only been sleeping 3-4 hours max. I’ve had a lot of anxiety lately, and I mentioned how hydroxyzine helped with that when I was a teenager.
She said to stop the ambien, and take the hydroxyzine once a day for anxiety, and one at bed time for sleep. I’m honestly losing my mind I haven’t slept in 4 days. I sent a message to her in the portal saying how I haven’t slept in days. I was inquiring if that meant these new meds aren’t working, or if I’m possibly having withdrawals from ambien.
She didn’t answer my question, she replied saying to take 2-3 hydroxyzine at night instead. Which I have done the past 2 days and still nothing. I’ve always been good at managing things, even with little sleep. But I’m getting maybe 1 hour max. I’m genuinely losing my mind. I’ve had to call off of work, I can’t function. I hate not having control over myself.
I don’t know how much longer I can go on Like this. I wonder if stopping the ambien is causing my insomnia to be even worse, or if this just means the new meds aren’t helping. And if it is withdrawals from ambien, maybe that means the hydroxyzine will work once it’s out of my system. Or this just means the hydroxyzine isn’t working, and I’m screwed. I can’t live like this
Has anyone had a similar experience, or have some advice?

archane season 2 was derivative high budget gray mush that feels like an ai prompt or a fan fiction written by a different writer for each character and story line. my question is: why? how is season one so good and then season two a completely different product? did they change all writers/directors? my guess is that season 2 got too many “business” people involved at netflix (i.e. too many focus groups, middle managers giving input, etc) and it turned it into every other disney-marvel-star wars-avengers-rings of power type content.
