I noticed this bleeding on my cats face and I have no idea what it is or if I should bring her to the vet? I think she’s scratching the scabs off so it’s taking longer to heal. She’s extremely anxious and the vet is usually traumatizing for her (has to be put to sleep for any procedures) so I’m just trying to gauge how serious this is.

Erstmal allgemein: Ich M19 und W16 kennen und seit knapp zwei Monaten. Wir haben uns kennengelernt, da wir in der gleichen Klasse und Berufsschule sind. Der Kontakt kam zufällig zustande und seitdem reden wir jeden Tag mehrere Stunden per FaceTime und schlafen dabei auch ein. Darüber hinaus unternehmen wir regelmäßig was zu zweit(fahren in verschiedene Städte und finden dort irgendwas zum unternehmen usw.).
Jetzt zu meiner Frage: wieso verhalten wir uns in der Schule wie Fünftklässler. Wir sind nicht zusammen oder ähnliches. Wenn wir z.B in der Klasse sind reden wir so gut wie garnicht und es scheint als würden wir unsere Freundschaft geheim halten wollen. Dazu denkt die Klasse das wir zusammen sind. Am Anfang haben wir es abgestritten aber mittlerweile spielen wir zum Spaß mit und verarschen die Klasse. Auch habe wir darüber gesprochen und sind zu dem Entschluss gekommen, dass es eigentlich nur an scham? Liegen kann. Aber vor was? Ich verstehe nicht wieso wir uns nicht so verhalten können wie als wenn wir zu zweit was unternehmen.

The AI is so ridiculous sometimes. Like the AI does not need to push a players contract to the highest possible and always be on edge of the salary cap. Some teams can just trade till they are balanced. Why must 3 star players earn 11 or 12m a year just because a team is under 80m on the salary cap.

2024.11.24 23:11 Impressive_Web_4220 Being a beneficiary of an irrevocable non discretionary foreign trust what all should I disclose in my ITR-3. Should I disclose companies owned by the trust?
Schedule FA section F covers foreign trusts. I am required to disclose country, address, name and address of setlors, trustees, beneficiaries
Setlors and trustees are US citizens while I am the sole beneficiary.
Should I disclose the companies and entities which the trust owns in my ITR? I don't think I should as a trust is its own person. This is the question I am looking the answer for rest of this post is information regarding the trust
Also the trust never gives me any income unless if approved by the trustees but I for the forcible future won't be seeing any income from the trust as I don't want to receive any income while being an indian resident.
All the holding of the trust are situated in the US either directly or indirectly. I am an employee in one the sub entities. Should I disclose all the entities and subentities under the trust in my ITR?
This particular trust is a disregarded entity under US federal law and treated as a foreign trust as it fails to meet the criteria of a US domestic trust. Therefore the IRS ignores it and no paperwork has to be filed in the US. Even if the federal government ignores it for tax purposes entities such as trusts and corporations are created under state law in the US. So even if it's disregarded by the federal government it can be domiciled in a US state and be legally protected by that state. Advantages of such a structure is no federal taxes(states within in the US can still tax such trusts but there are states which have no taxes) unlike a US domestic trust which is considered a US person and is also taxed as such. Also there's the benefit of little to no paperwork. Foreign trusts with non resident alien beneficiaries are mostly ignored by the US but the trust can apply for stuff like EIN(similar to pancard in India) etc but it's legally not required to file anything cause of the way it's structured. Even entities under the trust in the US are LLCs which are also disregarded entities. While in india pancard is required for all corporations in the US ein which is the US equivalent of pan card for companies is not required for disregarded entities but they can apply for an EIN and are not bound to any reporting upon receiving one. But financial institutions require an EIN for opening a bank account, getting business credit cards etc.

2024.11.24 23:11 Dmachine10 Toto Drake Rough in Advice
Basically I have the most sensitive of plumbing, and multiple plumbers have advised that my ancient toilet is the main problem.
So Toto Drake seems the best solution to the problem, however the rough in is 12 inches but the center of my flange is 11.5 inches. This to me seems like it won't fit especially because I need it to work as optimally as possible for my old plumbing.
There is a 10 in rough in toto drake but having a hard time finding stock. So that's why I am checking with you all!
Am I right to just hold out until I can get a 10 in version OR am I over thinking it and the 12 will work well even with it being .5 inch off?
