I’ve downloaded malwarebyte already, and I was scanning a Windows Computer scan where it paused and said “we have stopped because there is a file asking to be overlooked” (not exact words) and I deleted the virus? 🦠 it didn’t come up on the antivirus after I “removed”

When I was 28-years-old I had lost a significant amount of weight and decided since I weighed only 200lbs I was going to go for a run with my sister. Of course it was exhilarating and really challenging since I had not run in maybe five years at that point. I asked to borrow my sister’s Apple Watch to track my heart rate. At the end of the run I did a couple of sprints and watched my heart beat climb to 202 beats per minute. I’m thirty-one now and currently pregnant so I won’t be doing this again soon. How dangerous is it to maxx my heart like that ?

I work for a NIH funded research study at an academic institution. We started a business account because we needed 10 lines for research participants to use in this study.
In August, we purchased those 10 phones. Starting service was easy enough; we were told $45 per line/month. When we got our first bill it was well over what was represented to us upon purchase. We have grant funding and this would have put us over budget, so we decided we need to return 5 phones and cancel 5 lines.
We called Verizon within 30 days of purchase, and told them we would like to cancel 5 lines and return 5 unopened Galaxys on the grounds that the cost isn’t what was initially represented to us, and it would just put us over budget. What we need are return labels, and it has felt completely impossible to even make that happen.
Fast forward to today, we have had to call Verizon back 10-12 times totaling in 15-20 hours spent talking to various customer service reps. We have still not received these return labels. The first several times we tried to call within the 30 day return window, and after being transferred several times, we were simply hung up on or the line dropped. Even though we had provided a callback number, nobody tried calling us back. This has happened 5-6 times in total.
Eventually, we got past the 30 day window because we are very busy and could not afford to spend hours calling back every day. Calling back after this 30 day window, we were told we could return them. We contended that we had been trying, so we were transferred to the fraud department because they seemed to be under the impression that we were trying to defraud them. Our interaction with that department was about 5 minutes with one person who said “yeah, it’s pretty obvious this isn’t fraud”. He then transferred us back into the endless loop of customer service reps. Finally, a customer service rep was allegedly able to generate the return labels and said they would arrive in 3-5 days.
They did not arrive. Since then, we have called back 3 more times to inquire about these labels. Each time the customer service rep has said they’ve generated them and they should arrive in 3-5 business days. We’ve tried different addresses, yet somehow they still have not arrived. It seems that it’s not possible to just generate a PDF of the return labels?
All the while, fees are racking up, but we do not have an up to date bill that reflects only 5 lines. As a result, there is an outstanding bill that reflects 10 lines, even though 5 lines have been suspended. We paid $800 on the bill because that charge is valid, as it is the cost of the 5 phones we’re keeping. 2 weeks ago, we call yet again to ask why the shipping labels haven’t arrived. This time, the rep said that they hadn’t been generated and sent at all any of the previous times we called, but they are definitely being sent this time. We were told the remaining bill would be suppressed until we receive the labels and the phones are returned. Last Thursday, we get an email that our 5 lines in use have been disconnected as a result of nonpayment.
We call Verizon and tell them we still have not received those labels and that those phones need to be reactivated. They reactivated the phones, and because it was still within the 5 day window for the labels by only 1 day, we said we would await their arrival and send the phones the day we get them.
Lo and behold, that window has passed, and we do not have the labels. It is CRAZY that it’s been so hard for a business customer to do a simple return. It’s also crazy for Verizon to seemingly imply we were trying to defraud them when we just need to return these devices. We have absolutely no confidence we will ever receive these at this point and are at a bit of a loss. For our business, we cannot have large late fees on an account. It feels like the next step needs to be contacting the FTC or some sort or regulatory body, and notifying Verizon that we will not pay and would like the service canceled for all lines.
This is why I’m posting here — this feels like a dramatic escalation and we don’t want to do anything like that as it would take time and effort we don’t have. We juuuust want to return these 5 phones which have been sitting in my home almost since we bought them. Anyone have any advice or thoughts on this mess?

 | I got my gme unit installed not long ago and pretty much all the time it does this as if it's picking up some sort of interference. I haven't had a look at the wiring or anything yet as I haven't found the time but has anyone else experienced this and have any ideas on how to remove this static from happening all the time. I pretty much always have to have the radio off because it keeps happening no matter what channel it's on. I recently went on a trip where I was part of a convoy and it was hard as to hear anyone as the loud static was playing over the top of them.
