2024.11.24 23:41 Johna97 How do you manage to controll your sexual desires and lust? For me, this is illness that harms my career, hobbies and free time.
The title kinda says it all, but I can give you some insights.
First I want to mention the biggest solutions that Ive found to be helpful: - Deleted tiktok and unfollowed every model on insta - Cleaned my phone. Everything bad got deleted, apps, contacts, pics, you name it - Blockerhero app on the phone. For example, now Im not able to click the search button on instagram and it blocks all of my notifications (except calls) so I wont get distracted. I have premium account so Ive been able to set "uninstall protection" for as long as possible, so I cannot uninstall Blockerhero and open all the locks its been keeping tight.
Over the years Ive been able to overcome alcoholism, gambling (thousands of dollars wasted to sports betting, stocks and cryptos), cannabis, fastfood and soft drinks, etc all kinds of addictions that have been huge problems for me, but this is something that has been beyond my self-discipline limits and I need guidance.
Most of the times I could say that I live my life as a happy man. My job is wonderful, salary isnt much but I get to do things I love the most. I have two sports hobbies that I spend with almost all of my free time. There shouldnt be problems with this kind of setup, right? Yeah right, let me tell you how things go.
This addiction is literally something that I dont even have time to think about at all and nowadays I can have long disciplined periods where I can keep my hands off. First it was few days at max and before the latest collapse (today), I was able to resist this for 11 days. This progression is huge, because two months ago there was time, where I would spend 12 hours per day after work, surfing and scrolling through tik tok and instagram model pics and stuff. My lowest point was, when I literally didnt sleep at all for three days. I just went to work and when I got home, I started scrolling and jerking off, all days and nights. During this time I didnt care about my hobbies either, I just didnt have the brain capasity to understand clock. I was so deep in that psychosis-like state and whats really messed up for me is that I can keep on going resisting my thoughts and actions for a longer time now, but at some point the urge, this deep "psychosis-like state" just takes over my body and thoughts with so much mental force, that its games over before I can even notice it.
This addiction is giving me anxiety and its disturbing my inner peace, so every piece of advice is welcomed. Thank you all. ❤️

I am an erp, if relevant. Does anyone know if putting in for a partial and not getting lowers your chances of getting one in the future? From what I understood , your chances are based of how many partials you've already taken , and how many coverage is available. But have people arguing that if you put in for a partial 4 out of 5 of your days (that you do not get) you have a low chance of getting one for the fifth, for example.

I'm in the tutorial, and over the last several years my loyalty ticked down due to lack of food and immigration. I hadn't realized I needed a bakery to turn my grain into bread for the cretinians to eat but when I did I hadtily cobbled a bakery.
Right as it completed construction loyalty was 0. Then 30+ bread was immediately made and it jumped back to 100 immediately.
Was this the tutorial taking it easy on me and resetting to 100 or was it the bread?
