I bought this prebuilt PC a while ago because I didn't know much about PCs. It's worked well, but I have been having problems with the amount of RAM, to the point where most games would crash on me or take a long time to load. I was going to buy more RAM but then I wondered if that was all that was causing.
So, what things should I upgrade for the best increase in performance? I have a budget of a little more than $300

2024.11.25 00:20 ImportanceOk3837 Do dreams reflect our struggles or speak about our inner self?
I'm asking that question because my dreams have always been grim, and I never paid too much attention to them but now I'm starting to wonder. I usually dream of:
Cannibalism and drinking human blood. It's horrid but I dream of death and consumption and have no idea what it means to me. I also see some of that when I am awake.
Sex. Having sex but I suddenly take a bite out of my partner and blood spills everywhere.
Butterflies for some reason. Just butterflies flying in strange patterns, with beautiful colors.
Empty cities and ruins like some kind of subsconcious D&D session.
I have no idea what that says about me but I feel like it relates in some way to my own personal struggles with mental health. I guess what I am seeking is some dream expert to tell me to what extent I should care or worry about my dreams and how much I can or should rely of them to understand myself better.

Hi, I am planning to buy a new Macbook Air m3 and I didnt quite understant this usb ports and hubs. So with this 2 usb4 port I can use a monitor for displaying (like an hdmi), I can use it for data transfer and I can also power in / power out from this port so it will power up a device from usb port and it will be charged from this usb port as well? And what I need the usb hub for exactly ?

I think that the monsters were worshippers of an ancient Babylonian demon called Labartu or the rushing hag demon. And they used her to get immortality.

not here necessarily, but out in the world! people have never heard of Llewellyn, Ffion, Rhys even?? and think they're too strange and weird and unpronounceable. and i think this is really strange cause i'm not welsh, i know one singular welsh person whom i met last year only, and yet i don't have this view of these names, i've encountered them all before in various media forms and on people, and think nothing of them other than "cool names." have any of you encountered welsh name hate in the wild?? and have any idea why?? and do any of you have children with or you yourself have a welsh name and how have people reacted to it?

2024.11.25 00:20 Bl00d_0range Behcet's alternative diagnosis after 15 years even with textbook Behcet's symptoms. So confused!
Hello from Australia, Heveryone. I hope you're all feeling as well as can be. About a year ago, I made a post on here about my current Rheumatologist thinking that my diagnosis of Behcet's didn't fit because of my ethnicity. I have british ancestry but that's as much as I know. (my old Rheumy retired after over a decade of treating me for Behcet's. He was amazing. They should have cloned him).
I've had symptoms since age 12 and some even before that. I am currently 37. My symptoms are as follows ...
- Mouth ulcers, dozens at a time sometimes
- Gentical ulcers, most quite large at 2cm minimum in diameter and many at a time
- Uveitis
- Joint pain including knees, ankles, fingers and lower back pain
- Pus filled pimples on my skin that erupt into sores or ulcers (Is much for frequent since I switched from birth control pill to Mirena)
- Stomach problems
These occur on a monthly basis when I'm not medicated.
So today was my most recent visit to my newest Rheumy. I'm currently flaring with joint pain and these pimples/sores on my skin, not a rash, but individual pimples. For the most part, the Behcet's? is under control.
He saw the sores and said that he was suspicious at the beginning that I didn't have Behcet's because I don't have the ethnicity or HLA-B51 for it (I do have autoimmune inflammation markers) and this new development for more sores has confirmed it.
Apparently I have Psoriatic Arthritis. I asked whether genital ulcers were common with Psoriatic Arthritis and he said yes. I asked about the Uveitis and he said that it's not typically seen with Behcet's but it is with PA. That one really confused me .... I'm at a loss. I've seen a few different Rheumatologists who confirmed textbook Behcet's. My last Rheumy of 15 years was adamant that I had it. My sores look nothing like what I've seen of PA rashes.
He wants me to switch from 200mg of Aza to Methotrexate in order to transition to Humira. I am scared. I nearly lost my sight once and the ulcers destroy my sanity. I want to make absolute sure that it is that before I transition. What would you do? Something just feels off to me. How can Rheumatologist's opinions be so different??? Does this make sense to anyone? Has anyone else has a similar experience? Thank you all in advance!

Attorney David p I guess is his name, I've actually spoken with his law firm a year ago over something else but idk what I'm dealing with is literally not believable unless I uploaded all this heavy legal documents. it's really nuts it's not really on my history I've helped a few innocent people but this is the worst case. Im done I should be done I got approval from the attorney general they are supposed to give me the evidence they used to convict a man they are so confident on all their public news appearances and now with my ruling they are scared and doging my calls making excuses lying to my face saying they don't know where it's at, like it's insane these same people dragged me through court for a misdemeanor and ruined my life cost me 10k dollars and here they are committing several felonies and they aren't being held accountable. this cannot be real life idk what to do, ive sworn under threat of arrest and so if im lying why haven't they arrested me? idk I'm sorry if this sounds like BS but it is what it is, I've got audio recordings emails alot to show how they have lied and intimidated me like these guys want someone to get frustrated and like crash out, that must be it but I won't let that happen I'm not stupid. idk just feels like I need an inside guy who isn't part of this county and not afraid of it's district attorneys so idk David p seemed like that kind of guy
