2024.11.25 02:05 Fine_Wolf4511 Really Really bad migraines as an 18 year old student that is really effecting my mental health
About 10 days ago I had a hemiplegic migraine and was completely immobile and couldn’t talk(a lot of similar symptoms to a stroke) I went to the hospital and got a CT scan 13 hours later (thanks emergency department) but was told I should be fine.
Over the past two weeks I have had severe migraines every day. Can’t eat. Can’t function. Can’t sleep. Can’t do anything. Every time I get up I feel terrible and tired but I can’t sleep.
I am only 18 years old (male) and am in university and can’t do any work because I get a massive headache and migraine every time I try to move or do anything. For sleep i’ve been trying to use melatonin and advil but the advil is really starting to make my stomach hurt especially since I am on empty stomach most of the time.
I feel terrible constantly and I really don’t know what to do.
Does anyone have any tips that could help me feel any bit better because these constant migraines are starting to affect everything about me, especially my morale.. I just sit in my bed and wheep because I feel like this is just hitting me and I can’t do much about it..

2024.11.25 02:05 Same-Camel-8925 Nipple necrosis recovery?
I had a direct to implant double mastectomy on 11/21. When I came out of surgery my left nipple (nipple only, not areola) was legitimately black. They gave me nitroglycerin cream to place on it and the nipple is now dark brown, not black. Has anyone had any similar experience? Is the nipple dead or is it just permanently discolored? (YES I will be addressing this at my post-op, but I didn't know if anyone had a similar experience. Trying to figure out if I need to prepare myself for another surgery so soon 😭)

So, I have came to the conclusion that I am not the open gay man’s type. Lmaooo. Which is totally understandable. Everyone has their type and preferences. I’ve been stuck on wanting to date my entire life. I mean, writing down my ideal type of guy. Just fantasizing about dating. Mostly just being delusional. But here I am almost in my mid 20s and never dated, never been looked at romantically, never gone on a date, and etc. Of course DL men will always want to try, but they go after whatever is available. 🤣 Now I’ll be honest, I am a thicker feminine black gay man. So realistically my chances in general is fairly smalllll. So my thing is, how do I just stop wanting those things?
