If I'm learning an opera aria but don't know the words yet, what should I replace the words with while I'm learning/practicing the notes? Does this ideal filler sound change based on the sound of the language to be learned? i.e., if the piece I'm learning is in Italian, or in German?
A choral director had my group use "bah-bah-bah-bah" sounds for one piece at first, but it wasn't classical. I'm not sure if it matters.
Or do you all learn the words simultaneous or beforehand?

My conservative mother has alternative motives to get me back to Christianity.
From a young age I've seen the hypocrisies of Christianity and have some religious trauma from it being pushed on me as a child. I got away from the religion whenever I began being introduced to queer people and just overall understanding ppl more.
I don't have that much of a close relationship with my mom despite what she says. She's an alcoholic and when I was younger it was really bad. She falsely accused my father of sexually assaulting me as a child and she's had a few run ins with the police n shit. My Grandmother and aunts raised me more than she rlly did. I've cut her off a few times, but due to... idk motherly love (?) she keeps coming back.
She still drinks but its not to the point where she passes out on the couch or anything, matter of fact her alcohol tolerance is pretty damn high so idk if thats even possible. The problem is she's absolutely obsessed with Christianity, the end times, conspiracy theories, all of that shit. She keeps pushing her views on me. Just today she was like "the most powerful thing is the motheparent of a nonbeliever" and she told me she prays for me occasionally and whether I believe or not she is going to continue to always do it.
It's honestly kinda my fault because I keep allowing her to see me. Even though she's done some bad shit I try to be understanding, she has bipolar 1 and that combined with her drinking and her being around a paranoid conspiracy theorist it doesn't help matters. I've kind of just been dealing with it but each time she says something that triggers my religious trauma I get closer and closer to cutting her off again.
I've found comfort in other spiritual stuff and i want to meditate more, but sometimes I second guess myself because of the religious trauma. I'm afraid that I'm wrong and that I'm on "the wrong side" and that demons are tricking me or some shit. Sometimes I'm afraid that God really is real and is actively manipulating me to get me to come back to him. I know it's silly but like that's what it feels like. I hate it.

The last 3 nights I have woken up the same time with heart flutters/palpitations/skipping beats. This lasts for 15 or so minutes and is so uncomfortable.
I’ve also been feeling my heart rate throughout the day and noticed it is so much faster when I’m inhaling and slows down tremendously when I exhale. Does anyone have any advice?
I’m not dehydrated, I’m sleeping well.
I am out of the country for a few more days but will definitely contact my OB when I’m home. Just hoping for a little encouragement as I sit here at 1am again with chest flutters.
