Just started lexapro a few days ago. I was on Prozac 20 mg for a few weeks but had some weird side effects which is why I’m trying the lexapro now. I would prefer not to bleach it again because in the terms of damage my hair is only slightly dry and i want it to stay that way. I did put a colour over the top already and I'm sure that it could handle another round of that without breaking but I don't want to do it if there's a better way. Dos jogadores que o SP contratou esse ano, todos contratados do meio do ano foram por empréstimo. Desses, Ruan e Marcos possuem obrigação de compra atrelada a metas.
Ocorre que, com a aprovação do TDIC, temos um limite de gastos com o futebol para o próximo ano de, no máximo, 350 milhões ou menos caso a arrecadação desse ano seja menor que 700 milhões. Ou seja, já podemos ter um sétimo do orçamento do próximo ano comprometido na compra desses dois jogadores, lembrando que os dois juntos custariam cerca de 50 milhões de reais.
Resumindo, a diretoria precisa entender se vai comprar esses jogadores ou não. Se não vai comprar, precisam avisar ao técnico que não poderá mais utilizar esses dois jogadores. Lembrando, técnico não cuida das finanças. Se o jogador está disponível, ele tem a prerrogativa de usar os jogadores ou não (para o bem ou para o mal)
Opinião
Não contrataria o Ruan e pensaria muito no caso do Marcos, que é um jogador de qualidades e defeitos bem claros.

i had this package of like 6 chicken breasts? i put them in the back of the fridge cuz its coldest back there and usually everything freezes back there. after 3 days i took it out finally and decided to package them into separate little ziplock bags and put them in the freezer. they were pretty frozen from being in the back of the fridge. i had them in the freezer for a few days. took a bag out just today so i could defrost it and cook it. i had been putting it in a bowl of water to thaw it out, and then i had opened it after a little bit to put in some seasoning, and as soon as i opened it there was a kind of sour-y smell. but then after a few seconds i smelled it again and i couldnt really smell it anymore? i put it right up to my face to smell it and i didn't feel horribly disgusted or anything? i was trying really hard to see if it smelled but i dont think it did? its not grey or super slimey or anything. it only smelled bad like sour-ish when i first opened the bag. do you guys think its probably fine? ive been through this so many times im about this close 🤏🏻 to becoming vegetarian because im so tired of dealing with meat. i just dont want to deal with this stuff anymore lol.

2024.11.25 02:00 Comprehensive-Dig592 Rapidly outgrowing Snoo help!!
My almost 4 month old is very long and above average size. She doesn’t seem ready for crib yet but starting to look too big for the Snoo.
I’ve tried weaning mode for naps but haven’t tried overnight though I do lock it at baseline these days.
Do you think the Snoo sleep sac in the crib would work as a first step?? It is something familiar to her. We are currently doing one arm out in the Snoo.
I have put her in the crib to get a feel for it when she is awake and she rolls to the side a bit more so unsure if we need to let both arms out.
This is stressing me out!!
