I (31M) have been dealing with GI issues for about 4 years now. I know thereās a million things that could be causing it, but I recently had an EUS done after I have had elevated lipase (between 200-400) and amylase (between 150-300) for about a year now (over the course of 4-5 blood tests). All my other scans (MRI, CT, ultrasound, endoscopy, colonoscopy) have come back clean, MINUS a small amount of sludge in my gallbladder (it wasnāt present in all of my ultrasounds, but it was on my first and then again on my recent EUS). My EUS showed some stranding and shadowing on my pancreas. I am really a healthy guy with an active lifestyle, I have been eating super clean, I quit all alcohol consumption about a year ago, but even in college I was never more than a weekend drinker. I did use kratom for about 3-4 years, but stopped using it about the same time as alcohol (after I had some kind of attack resulting in cramping, pale stoolsā¦ after the attack and since, I have had lots of undigested food in my stool and fat has been a huge issue). Anyways, after the EUS, my doctor told me I had to quit smoking cannabis. I agree that cessation of smoking is important, but I am kind of thinking the sludge in my gallbladder is the more likely culprit. They seem totally unconcerned about the sludge, despite the fact that I often have pain and discomfort around my right rib region. One time this pain extended up through my chest, down my arm, and all the way down into my right wrist and pinky. I am also being treated for suspected SIBO, because my GI map showed quite a bit of gut dysbiosis. I am on creon, but it doesnāt seem to help much. Getting pretty desperate here, and cannabis has been the only thing that has allowed me to temporarily āescapeā from the pain and to dissociate from my medical anxiety. I am really struggling without it, and am just seeking support and to hear from others on here.

I (19M) was dating a girl for 1.5 years. Towards the end of our relationship, I could feel a change. She felt distant from me, she barely made an effort to spend time with me even in group settings, and she would ghost me for sometimes up to 12 hours. When I would ask her if she was happy in our relationship she would act like I was being annoying for asking so much. Of course I eventually got it out of her that she had lied. She was not happy and was losing feelings. So I let her go. This was about 4 months ago.
I tried everything to get over her as quickly as possible. This isnāt my first breakup but itās my worst one. I just canāt get over her. I cut contact with her, I told her for at least a few months. Iāve felt better since then. I just donāt know what to do man.
Let me say right off the bat, I am a very busy guy and my schedule does not really allow me to get a gym membership. Saying āgo to the gymā is not helpful. Thanks in advance āļø

Before anyone says I know why it's bad, I don't need lecturing. And please no creeps in the dms I'll cry again. I (15f) feel disgusting. I don't even know why I did it. I did it when I was 14 and 15. I think I've sent nudes of my whole body to around 200 men. It's not that l even enjoyed seeing their body parts. I just got a high off them reacting to it. It soon escalated to video calls on Snapchat. It clicked last night when I saw the man's face and he was doing weird face. I cut the call and just started crying. It made me feel so disgusting. I have no idea why I kept doing it. I deactivated my account on Snapchat but I kept logging back in to send nudes. I never put my face in it but I feel so disgusting. I once spent a whole day just sending pictures. I sometimes lied about my age and sometimes said 15 but they always stayed. When I have a kid they will never have Snapchat. I don't know why I kept doing it. It was such a weird feeling I got when I kept sending them again and again, a kind of high? I felt so bad that I cut myself, only a little. But I don't know what l'm feeling right now. It's just disgust.
