I (16M) need advice on what to do and how to fix my eating habits. For the past few months, my mom has been in a really bad mental state and has kinda been neglecting both her and my nutritional states. Basically, she’s been practically starving herself these past few months and she has also stopped making meals for me. She’s just told me everyday to either “order doordash” or just “eat the chips in the pantry” as she hasn’t really bought actual food from the grocery in months because she’s been so unmotivated to do so.
I need help, because I genuinely don’t want to keep eating junk food, but I have no access to real food either. Each day, I typically eat either two microwaved frozen meals or some other junk food from doordash.
How can I improve my diet?

Hey all - I'm looking at a couple of shows coming up at Carnegie at Stern/Perelman stage.
I was just there last night in fact and have been a few times. I've mostly sat in the balcony and do like the sound up there. It's very rich and you get it all.
I once (years ago) sat ~3rd row and felt the mix was very uneven. Certain sections were flying right over my head, acoustically.
Last night I was fairly dead center orchestra and for the 1st piece, Verklarte Nacht, which is all strings, the sound was perfect. 2nd piece was Mahler 1, sound was still incredible, however, I did find the brass a bit overpowering at times. But still great.
Anyway, the upcoming shows I'm considering are smaller sized. One is piano and tenor (various songs), one is piano and violin (several sonatas).
There are plenty of seats left for both, but I don't know where sound is best for smaller performances. I might like to try a side seat for a different view, but how is the sound from there? And for such intimate performances, I feel balcony would be a bit far away.
What would you suggest for smaller settings like this?

Hello all, here attempting to understand, once and for all, what on earth gender identity is and what it means to be transgender.
Preface: I am a transfemme girl identifying with she/her pronouns and have been in the trans community both on the web and in the real world for the last 5 or so years, so I’d say I know my stuff! I just haven’t delved too deep into this specific topic before and I really want to understand it better.
As a transgender girl, I do understand gender dysphoria in feeling that being female gender is “more right” for me. I do not know how that works at all. The GD Bible describes a transgender person whose “sense of personal identity and gender does not correspond with their sex assigned at birth.” My question is: what causes someone’s gender identity to not correspond with their sex if gender is just a social construct? Now, if I’m wrong about the social construct thing, feel free to ignore the rest of this post and just say “no, gender is not a social construct.” From what I’ve seen on many places, it is my understanding that gender stems from the social world but I have never fact checked that! Anyway, continuing on the assumption that what I said is correct, I don’t understand how someone’s internal sense of gender that is given at birth can be anything but corresponding with their sex. Being transgender is not a choice, but an entirely social concept is engraved into us at birth? On asktransgender and MtF on multiple separate occasions, I have seen people saying that if gender roles and the idea of gender was not a thing in our society, they would not be transgender. Does this mean that a sense of belonging to one gender is actually belonging to one set of gender roles? And what about trans people who don’t conform to stereotypes of their gender? Butch transfems, feminine transmascs, etc. As a trans girl I have always been pretty stereotypical, liking cute and pretty things, the color pink, wanting to wear frilly dresses and whatnot. Are these not all traits that were learned? If we lived in a world where no one cared about gender and we were left to our own devices, would I still feel this way? Can someone who has never interacted with another person be transgender? Is being transgender nothing but wanting to look or be referred to in a certain way? I truly love this community and none of this is malicious, but I am very confused. Someone smarter than me please help! Thank you 💜!

Contexto, El Ope delivery 4hs 5dias x semana, 350k por mes. En una rotisería tradicional. Llego la epoca de lluvias y me esta destruyendo: mas alla de lo molesto que es en si el agua, las calles por aca se inunda mucho, dificulta mucho la visibilidad, y eso que ya estoy preparado con equipo impermeable. La cosa llego a su culmine cuando me avisan que tocaba un pedido para el aeropuerto (por la ruta) a lo que me negué rotundamente, bueno discusión va, discusión viene. Quedamos en ver si mañana renuncio.
Eso, se que esta dificil conseguir otro laburo, lo bueno es que se manejan solo con barrios medianamente seguros y no uso apps de reparto (a mi hermano le robaron la moto en una), tampoco tengo un plus por la lluvia, todavía no se que desición tomar. Necesito su opinion. Aparte todo lo que queda de esta semana anuncian lluvias.

I need advice regarding my cousin’s situation. Her former employer (Tyange Store) is accusing her of stealing over ₱2,000 from the store's sales. However, no evidence has been provided to support this claim. They already went to the Barangay for a blotter, but the accusations remain baseless.
What’s worse, her former employer is now defaming her online. They are:
1.) Posting defamatory statements on Facebook. 2.) Messaging mutual friends and accusing her of being a thief. 3.) Allegedly using dummy accounts to spread false information. 4.) My cousin has saved screenshots of all the posts and messages against her. This situation has severely affected her reputation and mental health, to the point where she feels ashamed to go out.
We are considering filing a cyber libel case but are not sure how to proceed.
1.)How do we properly file a cyber libel complaint?
2.)Are there other legal actions we can take?
3.)Can we use the Barangay blotter or the screenshots as evidence?
