when i was 13 i met a boy online who was 16, i was in a very vulnerable state due to trauma and loss at the time, he toyed with me, flirted with me and made me trust him very quickly, calling me pet names like darling, angel, love, baby, babe, ect. and saying if he was with me heād hug me for hours and look into my eyes forever. he would say i was pretty a lot. he had a lot of power over me and anything he told me to do i would do. there was casual sexual jokes like teens do but he never forced me to send pics or do any sexual activity. iāve been told grooming doesnāt have to involve sexual activity and can be for romantic/emotional purposes, so i just wanted some extra help and advice. he would use me for anything he needed, he basically made me love him and trust him so i could be his personal therapist and constantly vent his emotions to me without ever doing the same back. he would always talk abt committing suicide and even did these little stunts of saying he was going to but backing out last minute. he would go ghost and come back a lot. this entire time i had a girlfriend and he kept saying the behavior was platonic and i just followed his lead bc i trusted him so much. in the end i left him and he had nothing to say, blocking me. i called him out on twitter (very classic teenage moveš) and he said that he was flirting with me but it was platonic and he had no ulterior motives, but those around me who didnāt know my age thought we were gonna get together because of how public and open he was about it. they said they would have stepped in if they knew i was 13 because of how creepy he was being. i know itās a three year age gap but as iāve developed as a person you truly see the maturity gap from 13 to 16. i feel like i left just in time because he might have gone further. if anyone can help and let me know if i was groomed that would be really helpful, thank you.

I know I'm probably gonna get flak for this, but exo's are trash for 2 reasons
1)needing to find a blueprint to make certain exo's sprint. Fucking stupid. 'oh but balance' tell me how adding 2 inches of metal and servos add physical damage resistance. The exo suits should literally just be an exploration upgrade to whatever the base suit is. Which leads me to my next point.
2) they barely cover the weight of wearing it. basic exo's in reality, functionally cover their weight and more.
Also side note, tech's should be able to upgrade any gear available from nearby vendors.

hi yall. i figured some human honest feedback would be the best way to answer this question. back story - so ive been on zepbound since aug.i have pcos itās over all made me feel like a new free person. my doc has been kinda quick to move up dosages. i have experienced the increased food noise etc after about a month or so on a dose. iāve lost a lil under 10 pounds in that time, not upset about it at all. not horrible side effects. everythingās good except iām worried now that im on 10 that my body will adjust again quickly and food noise and everything will come back and it become ineffective. has anyone gone through something similarly? also it has helped curb my alcohol intake sooo much which i love and dont want to lose that affect as well.

 | Hey all ā 25 year old male with pretty severe health anxiety that was sort of ādoom scrollingā through my blood tests and noticed this ā never been discussed with a doctor before: I donāt have any symptoms per say, I have some other issues that I wouldnāt assume are related (muscle fasiculations all over body, dry eyes/dry mouth). Only semi-diagnosed issue is high blood pressure ā which I currently donāt manage because we are unsure of the baseline due to anxiety. Iāve done some quick research and donāt seem to have any of the major symptoms, a few crossover things like Iāve been more prone to headaches since I was a very young child and once in a blue moon my legs will get itchy after standing in the shower for awhile but thatās not consistent and more of a correlation based off a random symptom I read than anything noteworthy. My real concern is the seemingly slight increase year over year in hemoglobin/RBC. Again, these tests are from age 19/20 to now at 25. Iām out of options and have nowhere else to turn to. My wife and I have been married for 9 years but been together for 15 years. We used to have an OK sex life - nothing crazy but at least weād have sex. But I always sensed a bit of reluctance on her part. I chalked it up to her just being shy but it never really went away the closer we got - if anything it goes worse.
However in recent years our sex love has practically vanished and sheās become far more uninterested in me. Whenever we did have sex, she would expect me to go down on her and get her off but after that we used to have intercourse. Recently sheād get me to go down on her and then say she was too tired to keep going so the night would end there.
When I asked her if she could reciprocate by at least doing the same for me, something sheās never actually done or wanted to do, sheād get defensive and tell me sheās ānot that type of personā. Iād try to bargain with her to at least give me something to show me sheās actually interested in being intimate with me but sheād just get angry/upset and once even blurted that sheās not attracted to me.
Even in hindsight I notice that sheās never really been into sex with me. More like it was a chore that she needed to get over with as soon as possible. But when Iād ask if she was ok sheād just say sheās just got stuff on her mind.
After her comments about not being attracted to me it really affected my self esteem. We otherwise have a fine daily life and live normally but when it comes to sex she just doesnāt seem to want to care about how itās making me feel. She expects me to satisfy her but she will make every excuse possible to not satisfy me. And when I raise it as an issue, she turns it around on me like Iām forcing her into this situation.
Itās at the stage now where Iāve completely refused to have sex with her in any capacity. Not as punishment but rather as a form of protecting myself from more hurt. And the wild thing is, she seems happier than ever about it. Sheās let herself go, let all her body hair grow out and put on 15kg since April. Iāve even moved into another room and she made the comment that she hasnāt slept so comfortably since she was a kid.
Seems to me she doesnāt even like me anymore and barely wants me around. But sheās sure happy to live off my income and get me to pay for the mortgage, groceries, her credit cards and car. Then sheāll turn to me and tell me how much she loves and and appreciates everything I do. Iām so fucking confused and at my wits end. Why even marry me if you have no desire to even be with me?
I donāt know if Iām even asking for advice. I just need to tell into the void I guess because Iām just deeply unhappy in this marriage and have no choice but to make it work. Divorce is not on the cards because I will come out of it losing the most.
