I'm trying to get cash into my trading account so I can buy a call tomorrow first thing...but my app won't let me/isn't working.
I fear that even if I get it to work within 30 minutes of open, it's going to have gone way up :(

2024.11.25 04:20 Intelligent_Air3286 Hallux Rigidus (Big Toe Arthritis)
I'm 38 years old. I've had hallux rigidus only in my right foot for the past 6 years. 1.5 years ago I had surgery for it. I was presented with the option of a joint fusion (arthrodesis), but I chose to avoid that in the hopes of maintaining at least some range of motion. Instead, the surgeon performed a cheilectomy (shaved down the bone spurs) and an interpositional arthroplasty (re-arranged my existing tissue to act as a 'cushion' in the joint where cartilage was no more).
Fast forward to today. These x-rays were taken yesterday. They indicate the joint is still arthritic. I'm still in pain and have very little joint mobility. So now I'm at a crossroads. Doing nothing doesn't feel like a good option, since I'm still relatively young and I don't want this much pain for the rest of my life. Plus it's causing compound issues from walking on the side of my foot and not rolling my stride through on my right side. My surgeon says the next step is a fusion. Does anyone have experience with getting a fusion? I've read mixed results. Or, does anyone have experience with other treatments, like joint implants or prostheses for the big toe?

Hi! I am trying to book a flight from Munich to Los Angeles in Jan 2025 and the one-way price is ridiculous. It’s 50% more expensive than booking round-trip. My question is, if I buy round-trip and select Economy for Munich-LA and Economy Fully Refundable for LA-Munich a few weeks later, will I be able to get my money back for the return flight later?
I can basically get the same deal on Lufthansa.com. The difference is on United website they display the round-trip price, while on Lufthansa they do so for each flight. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

This may sound strange, but I have never really understood what Goblin culture is in traditional fantasy settings. What little fantasy I have watched or read used them infrequently. My best exposure is probably the goblin tribes in the video game Oblivion, and as hostile NPCs they are probably not a great role model for what I need.
As a GM, I tend to like to incorporate cultural events into my game world. There are two members of my party who are Goblins and according to the Pathfinder calendar, "Goblin Market Day" is coming up in my in-universe calendar. But not only are the resources about this event vague and difficult to find, so are explanations of how PF2e handles Goblin culture in general. There are maybe 6-12 goblins out of 1,500 people living in the city my campaign is set in, but there is a logical in-universe reason for them to be incentivized to share their culture, or at least engage the city with this particular event. So what I really need to do is come up with events and activities that my Goblin PCs will share (or inflict) upon the city. So are there any resources beyond Core, Character Guide, and World Guide I can use to get an idea of what goblin culture is really like? Similarly, if you have ideas for activities that goblins might use to introduce humans to goblin culture, they would also be welcome.
