Exploits in the algorithm are easy to find, especially for gamers it's what we do.
Going to EB games every few years cuz I lived rurally is one of my fondest memories. The only midnight release I went to was Halo Reach, 2010 in the Sault. It was great.
And then came ESO. The multi-player was phenomenal and trying to become Emperor was a goal of mine. It came with 100G and bragging rights of course. So I grinded and grinded off a few hours sleep for two weeks. Easily reaching the top of Ebonheart pact, I was poised for emperor. If it wasn't for @illuminati97 convincing half the alliance not to capture the remaining Elder scrolls, the Emperorship would have been mine. Time ran out and I haven't played since.
Conspiracies are real. You can't scare people in a small town like mine the way I did without someone noticing. Someone big (hence Algo).
And on top of that "stock market manipulation" by "pumping" stocks. Did I spam some international channels? Sure. But mostly I was on Stocktwits answering questions and clapping back at people trying to put down the $GwAV. (Which I still standby; power consumption makes recycling unproductive but hopefully with advances in nuclear fusion it will be eventually). Anytime someone had a question I answered, basically 3-4 hours straight.
Algo didn't like that, so that's when the questions became more pointed. Or twits posting hands in cuffs memes. So I broke down and got emotional in the chat, pretty sure some "ladyboys" were thrown my way.
The amount of gaslighting I've endured from Algo is beyond criminal. I'd say it's even caused a negative health impact on the community, physically and mentally.
And I went through with it because I'm certain that I will be vindicated. Ride or die baby.
Medical notes: "Delusions of grandeur" just you guys wait.
It's time to stop with the games.

The questions have been asked; why does humanity have a policy of negotiating for exclusive rights to barren planets in all solar systems visited by humans, and then spend countless credits, workers, and local solar cycles in changing - terraform, to use the human term - these barren worlds to make them suitable to human life?
Why does Humanity not colonize or - as some of the more martially inclined species tends to attempt with a distressing frequency - simply take control over already life bearing planets? Planets that do not require a significant outlay of resources, that do not require extensive logistic and planning support for a prolonged time, and that are overall better suited for habitation?
But humanity has a simple counter-question: Do the members of the Council really want Humanity to change this policy?
We understand the questions and the spirit of inquiry in which they are asked. Humanity is, after all, spending an extraordinary amount of our available resources on this program, with little to no short term return on the investment.
I ask the honourable representatives to remember that in order to fully terraform SOL IV, also known as Mars in humanity's home system, humanity employed about five million workers for almost one hundred solar cycles, utilizing most of our then available deep space fleet.

 | I think this show has portrayed first love, and how hard it is to move on from, really beautifully (but how you do, eventually, sometimes with Beyonce playing in the background). I remember being 16 and being completely totally in love with a guy and thinking I would never love anyone like that again. Noone could tell me otherwise. I laugh looking back now, but at the time my feelings were so all consuming, just like Belly's. Whenever I see that scene where Belly says she loved Conrad 'longer and truer' than anyone and she will probably never love like that again, I laugh and cringe and relate so hard. Like she's only had boobs for a year, she's a literal child. But what she's feeling is very real. She just doesn't know yet how differently she will love others in her life. How someone will come along that she will want to be with no matter what. Without all the doubt and self loathing. Because while I know there are people that stay with their first love, I think that's most likely a different type of love than what Belly feels for Conrad. With Conrad, Belly was obsessed (both Taylor and Jere use that word to describe it). As Laurel said, Conrad was the sun, Belly revolved herself around him. She even explains at the end of season 2 how she lost herself when she was with him. Despite what Steven says, it's not a love that challenges her. Because she was more focused on Conrad than herself. We see it as Belly's grades slip all year and she loses volleyball. She loses one of her best friends. If the Valentine's Day flashback is the same as the books, we will see her dumb herself down and pretend not to know the constellation names, so that Conrad feels somehow bigger. That's not challenging her. It's the opposite. There's that quote from Millie Bobby Brown that always sticks with me, about how she fell in love with herself while she was in that relationship. This is the opposite to what we see with Conrad. Belly says multiple times that she hates herself while she's with Conrad. She messed up the whole year. She made mistakes. I think we'll see that while she's with Jere, Belly falls in love with herself again. We've already seen it in the tiny bit of BellyJere as a couple that we got last season. While their together, Belly gets excited about college and volleyball again. She gets the confidence to talk her way back onto the volleyball team. She gives and receives affection openly and easily. My prediction for next season is that we'll go one step further and see Belly fall in love with herself while she's single. All the characters, actually. Before they come back together and Belly makes that final decision, with them all as adults and not children. Coming of age and all that. Do you guys relate to the whole first love thing?
